지체장애인의 여가생활 참여가 정신건강에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 지체장애인의 여가생활 참여가 정신생활에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 이를 구체적으로 파악하기 위한 연구 질문은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지체장애인의 개인적 특성에 따른 여가활동 참여 실태는 어떠한가? 둘째, 지체장애인의 개인적 특성에 따른 정신건강상태는 어떠한가? 셋째, 지체장애인의 여가활동 참여가 정신건강에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 본 연구는 경기도 북부지역 장애인을 대상으로 300부를 배포하고 총 250부를 연구의 자료로 활용하였다. 연구 결과는 지체장애인의 여가생활정도와 정신건강과의 상관관계는 매우 밀접한 것으로 나타났다. 여가생활을 하지 않을 경우 고독, 고립, 무료함을 느끼게 되고, 결국에는 자신이 불행하다는 감정을 가지게 되고, 결국 자존감은 낮아지고 스스로의 가치를 저하시키는 열등감을 느끼게 되는 것으로 나타났다. 다양한 여가생활을 통해 자신의 소질을 끊임없이 개발하고 사람들과의 관계를 통해 자신의 소속감을 가지게 되며 나아가 도전의식과 성취감을 가지게 된다. 전체적인 여가생활의 참여정도는 대체로 낮게 나타났고, 전체적으로 모든 유형의 참여 수준이 낮은 편이라는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 몇 가지 제언을 제기하였다.

영문 초록

We are faced with many obstacles to living in modern society. Such physical and mental disadility dreaks down the happiness of individual through stress, and largely hinders social development by becoming a factor that hinders the organic flow of society. Recently, korea has been trying hard to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and has been making efforts to systematically ensure the human rights of people with disadilities. Leisure activities for disabled people are not simply for enjoying random time but for enhancing the happiness of human beings. Leisure activities include physical effects that improve physical fitness and athletic ability, as well as the rules to be followed by oneself. And to recognize the existence of others and to improve the social personality. Interest in human happiness began to appear not only for the general public also had a profound effect on policy changes. The perspective to the viewpoint of disability to the systemic development of various social welfare policies promoted since 1980s, and the change of our society due to the seizure of society as a disadvantage and efforts of people with disabilities living as disabled people. Changes in life due to disability have a profound impact not only on people with disabilities but also on people around them participation in leisure activities was considered to be a forbidden area that was not easily accessible to people with disabilities because it was regarded as the exclusive property of ordinary people. However, due to social maturity, due to social maturity, participation in leisure activities came to the disabled with natural phenomenon.
