국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지실천현장에서 교류분석(TA) 시간구조화의 적용에 관하여 살펴보고, 사회복지실천 사정 단계에서 사정 도구로서 시간구조화의 유용성과 활용방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구결과, 사회복지실천현장에서 클라이언트의 사정 과정은 개인을 둘러싼 환경과의 관계뿐 아니라 개인적 요인특성에 따른 개별화된 개입방법이 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다. 따라서 다양한 사회복지실천현장에서 사정 도구로서 교류분석 시간구조화의 적용은 인간의 특성에 따른 개별화되고 전문적인 개입방법을 제시해 줄 수 있으며, 클라이언트의 건강한 대인 간 교류를 활성화할 수 있는 개입방안의 기초자료를 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study examines the application of time structuring of Transactional Analysis(TA) in the field of social welfare practice, and tries to find the usefulness and use of time structuring as an assessment tool in the stage of social welfare practice assessment. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the individualized intervention method according to the characteristics of individual factors as well as the relationship with the environment surrounding the individual was an important factor in the client's assessment process in the social welfare practice field. Therefore, the application of Transactional Analysis time structuring as an assessment tool in various social welfare practice sites can suggest an individualized and professional intervention method according to human characteristics. It will be able to present basic data for interventions that can activate the client's healthy interpersonal exchange.
