국문 초록

본 연구는 육군 초급간부의 직무스트레스 요인이 직무만족도와 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향과 직무스트레스 하위요인들이 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 심리적 소진과의 상관관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 진행은 육군 사단급 이하에서 군 복무 중인 육군 초급간부 250명을 연구대상으로 방문 및 우편을 이용하여 설문을 실시하였고, 측정도구는 직무스트레스 요인검사, 직무만족도 검사, 심리적 소진검사와 5개의 하위영역으로 구성된 검사지를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 통계적 자료 처리를 실시하고, 육군 초급간부의 직무스트레스 요인과 직무만족도, 심리적 소진의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관관계 검증 및 표준 중다회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 육군 초급간부의 직무스트레스 요인이 심리적 소진을 통해 직무만족도에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 밝힘으로써 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진을 낮춰서 직무만족도를 향상시키는 데 도움을 주고자 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of This study was to verify the relationship between the effects of job stress factors of the army's enter-level officers on job satisfaction and psychological burnout, and the correlation between job stress subfactors and psychological burnout in the process of affecting job satisfaction. The study was conducted by visiting 250 army beginners who are serving in the military under the rank of army division and by mail. The measurement tool used was a questionnaire consisting of five sub-areas: job stress factor test, job satisfaction test, psychological burnout test, The psychological burnout test and the test sheet consisting of 5 sub-areas were used. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 to process statistical data, and the job stress factors and job satisfaction of the army beginners, In order to examine the relationship between psychological burnout, correlation verification and standard multiple regression analysis were used. This study is to investigate the effect of job stress factors of the army's first-level officers on job satisfaction through psychological burnout.
