국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 융합역량을 요구하고 직업구조가 급변하는 상황에서 요구되는 대학의 진로시스템의 설계 방향을 살펴보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를위해 정보기술에 기반한 학생 맞춤형 진로시스템의 설계 방향을 탐색하고자 했으며, 중앙대학교와 애리조나 대학의 e-Advisor 시스템의 사례를 분석하고자 했다. 연구결과: 이 연구를 통해 활용가능하고 다양한 진로조언 데이터를 살펴보았고, 타대학 진로시스템의 내용과 방법, 절차 등을살펴보았다. 논의 및 결론: 이상의 연구를 통해 대학의 진로시스템은 다음과 같은 방향으로 설계되어야 한다. 첫째, 데이터 기반 학생 맞춤형 진로지원 시스템을 구축한다. 둘째, 학생의 전공이 아니라 학생의 관심을 중심으로 진로시스템을 구축한다. 셋째, 광범위한 진로탐색의 기회를제공한다. 넷째, 소통 공간으로서 진로시스템을 구축하여 유사한 관심과 적성을 가진 학생들이학과의 경계를 넘어 커뮤니티를 형성하도록 지원한다.

영문 초록

Purpose: This study is to examine the design direction of the career system of universities in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Because the future society demands convergence competency and the job structure changes, it is necessary to support students' career exploration and academic design beyond their majors. Method: In order to explore the design direction of a student-customized career system based on information technology, the case of the e-Advisor system of Chung-Ang University and the University of Arizona is analyzed. Results: Through this study, we looked at various career advice data that could be used and looked at the contents, methods, and procedures of other colleges' career systems. Discussion and Conclusion: The career system of a university should be designed in the following direction. First, a data-based student-customized career support system is established. Second, the career system is built around the student's interest, not the student's major. Third, it provides opportunities for extensive career exploration. Fourth, by establishing a career system as a communication space, students with similar interests and aptitudes are supported to form a community beyond the boundaries of departments.
