평택시 성인발달장애인 가족의 양육 어려움 및 장애인가족지원센터 이용 실태

국문 초록

연구목적: 평택시 성인발달장애인 가족을 대상으로 양육의 어려움 및 장애인가족지원센터 이용실태를 파악하기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 연구방법: 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 23.0을이용하여 빈도분석, 다중응답 분석, χ²검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 성인발달장애인 가족의 양육 어려움은 장애인 가족의 정신건강 상태와 주돌봄자, 도움받고 있는 영역, 희망돌봄자, 가족간 갈등정도에 있어서 장애인 가족의 주요변인에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 다수의 장애인가족이 평택시 장애인가족지원센터에 대해 기관명만 알고 있거나 모른다고 응답하였고, 참여자들 대부분은 부모교육과 장애인 가족상담을 많이 이용하고 있었다. 결론: 결과에 기초하여 장애인 가족 중심의 지원 확대, 장애인 가족지원을 위한 공식적인 사회적 지지망의 확산, 다양한 형태의 가족지원 방식 마련, 비장애 형제·자매에 대한 지원 확대, 생애주기별 맞춤형 지원을 위한지원체계의 다양화 등 다섯 가지 서비스개선 방안이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify raising difficulties of families of adult with developmental disabilities and usage of the families support centers for the disabled in pyeongtaek-si. Method: In order to verify the research problem frequency analysis, multiple response analysis, and χ² verification was performed using the statistical program SPSS 23.0. Results: Raising difficulties of families of adult with developmental disabilities were significantly different depending on the main variables of disabled family in the mental health status, the main caregiver, the area being helped, the hopeful caregiver, and the degree of conflict between the family members. Conclusion: Expansion of family-centered support for the disabled, spread of official social support networks, preparation of various types of family support methods, expansion of support for non-disabled brothers and sisters, and diversification of support systems for customized support for each life cycle were proposed.
