국문 초록

본 논문은 북한인권문제와 한반도평화체제 구축문제 간의 상관성을 고찰한 것이다. 한반도평화체제는 통일국가 성립을 위해 반드시 한번은 거쳐야 하는 과정의 체제이다. 그렇기 때문에 한반도평화체제는 우리 민족의 숙원인 통일문제의 가장 중요한 연구과제이다. 그리고 북한인권문제는 오늘날 소위 북한문제와 통일문제의 완전한 해결을 위한 제1차적 과제라는 점에서 그 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 북한인권문제의 해결이 없이는 결코 한반도에서 진정한 평화체제 구축은 어렵다는 것이 본 논문의 기본적인 인식이다. 민족의 자유, 인권 및 번영이 담보되는 한반도평화체제가 성립되기 위해서는 북한체제의 변화가 우선적으로 필요하고 다음에는 북한인권문제의 개선이 요청된다. 마지막으로 북한정권의 후견인 역할을 하는 중국사회주의정권의 민주적 변화가 필요하다. 이러한 성격을 지니고 있는 한반도평화체제의 구축문제와 북한인권문제 간에는 밀접한 상관성을 지니고 있다. 첫째, 북한인권문제의 해결은 한반도평화체제 성립의 제일차적 성립조건이라는 할 수 있다. 둘째, 북한인권문제의 전면적 개선작업이 없이 한반도평화체제의 구축은 실효성이 없다는 점이다. 이렇게 볼 때 북한인권문제와 한반도평체제의 구축문제 간에는 필연적 관계성을 지니고 있다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This thesis is a study analysing the interrelationship of North Korea's human right problem and the construction problem of Korean Peninsula's peaceful system. The Korean Peninsula's peaceful system is a system of process having to pass for the reunification of a Korean Peninsula. Because of this, the Korean Peninsula's peaceful system is the most important work for the reunification of Korean Peninsula. And the North Korea's human right problem is emphasized the significance in the way that it is a first task for the entire reunification. The basic recognition of this thesis is that the reunfication of Korean Peninsula is difficult without the settlement of the North Korea's human right problem. The interrelationship of North Korea's human right problem and the construction problem of Korean Peninsula's peaceful system. is as follows. First, the settlement of the North Korea's human right problem is the first condition of the establishment of the Korean Peninsula's peaceful system. Secondly, the construction problem of Korean Peninsula's peaceful system is invalid without the entire improvementalaction Looking this fact, it is sure that North Korea's human right problem and the construction problem of Korean Peninsula's peaceful system. is inevitable relation
