국문 초록

본 논문은 한국사상의 관점에서 살펴본 다문화가정 이주민교육에 관한 연구이다. 다문화 이주민에 관한 민족성은 서로 존중하면서 타협과 양보를 추구하는데 있다. 이를 전제로 본 연구에서는 다문화가정 이주민의 자아실현을 위한 저해 요인이 무엇인지 개선사항이 무엇인지 한국사상 관점에서 살펴보았다. 무엇보다 다문화가정 이주민을 대하는 주류사회 한국인의 적절한 태도와 교육적 체제형성 필요성, 다문화가정 이주민 차별 문제해소 등을 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 이러한 현실적 어려움을 해소시킬 수 있는 실질적 교육, 국내의 긍정적 영향을 위하여 실질적 교육이 요구됨을 시사하였다. 궁극적으로 우리사회는 한국사상에 비추어 단일문화의 형성 고집이 아니라 다문화수용성 제고라는 목적 달성을 위하여 다문화교육에 대한 실질적 평가의 시급성과 개선방안에 대한 논의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This paper is a study on the education of immigrants in multicultural families from the perspective of Korean thought. The ethnicity of multicultural migrants is to seek compromise and concession while respecting each other. On the premise of this, this study looked at the perspective of Korean ideology as to what is the impediment to the self-realization of migrants in multicultural families and what is the improvement. Above all, we reviewed the proper attitudes of Koreans in mainstream society toward multicultural family migrants, the necessity of establishing an educational system, and resolving discrimination issues among multicultural families. This study suggested that practical education that can solve these practical difficulties and practical education is required for positive effects in Korea. Ultimately, in light of Korean thought, our society presented a discussion on the urgency and improvement of practical evaluation of multicultural education in order to achieve the goal of enhancing multicultural acceptability rather than insisting on the formation of a single culture.
