국문 초록

본 논문은 백성욱 박사의 세계관과 정치철학에 관한 것이다. 그의 세계관은 우주관, 생명관 및 사생관으로 나누어서 분석하였다. 그의 우주관은 이 우주는 원칙에 의거하여 움직인다는 것이고 일정한 궤도를 지니고 있다고 주장하고 있다. 그리고 인간 역시 우주 행적의 한 구성요소라는 사실이다. 그의 생명관은 환경에 대해 능동적으로 작용하는 능동체이고 독립적 개체이고 유기체적 존재라는 것이다. 마지막으로 그의 사생관을 요약하면 그는 공동체의 관계 속에서 자신의 철학을 전개하고 있고 무심무념의 차원에서 욕심에서 벗어나야 하고 항상 떳떳하게 행동하고 죽음에 임해야 한다고 주장하고 있다. 그의 정치철학을 설명하면 첫째가 조화정치론이다. 조화정치론은 나와 상대 간의 조화를 말하고 정신생활, 경제생활 및 법률생활의 조화를 의미한다. 둘째가 무위정치론이다. 무위정치론은 나를 전제한 명예심을 버리고 나란 존재의 이기성에서 벗어나 공동체 전체의 이익을 위한다는 것이다. 셋째가 위민정치론이다. 위민정치론은 나누는 마음 즉 배려심을 전제하고 분배와 평등의 정치를 강조하고 있다. 마지막으로 공명정치론이다. 공명정치론은 나와 세계 간의 관계성을 전제하는 울림의 정치론이다. 그리고 그의 공명정치론은 민주주의에 대한 신념을 근거로 하고 있다.

영문 초록

This thesis is about Dr. Baek Baek's worldview and political philosophy. His view of the world was analyzed by dividing it into a view of space, view of life, and view of mortality. His view of the universe argues that this universe moves according to principles and has a certain orbit. And human beings are also a component of space activities. His view of life is that it is an active, independent, and organic being that actively acts on the environment. Finally, to sum up his view of life, he argues that he is developing his philosophy in the relationship of the community and that he should be free from greed in an unconscious manner and always act honorably and die. To explain his political philosophy, the first is harmonious politics. Harmonic politics refers to the harmony between me and my opponent and the harmony of mental, economic and legal life. The second is the theory of politics. The theory of anarchy is that it renounces the honor that is reserved for me and that it is for the benefit of the whole community, free from the selfishness of being myself. The third is the theory of civil politics. People's politics emphasizes the politics of distribution and equality on the premise of sharing, or caring. Finally, it is fair politics. Fair politics is a political theory of echoing, presupposing the relationship between me and the world. And his theory of fair politics is based on his belief in democracy.
