국문 초록

본 연구는 사회복지관 종사자의 성장마인드셋과 조직성과의 관계에서 내부마케팅의 조절효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 서울과 경기, 충북, 충남, 세종, 대전지역 소재 사회복지관(23개소)에서 근무하는 172명의 사회복지사를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 위계적다중회귀분석으로 조절효과의 유의성을 검증하고 Jamovi 2.0.0을 이용하여 검증된 조절효과에 대해 그래프로 표시하였다. 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성장마인드셋은 조직성과(창의성, 효과성)에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 성장마인드셋과 조직성과의 관계에 있어서 내부마케팅의 하위요인 중 교육 및 훈련은 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결론은 사회복지관 종사자들의 성장마인드셋 수준에 맞춘 내부마케팅(교육 및 훈련)의 지원은 조직성과(창의성, 효과성) 향상에 기여할 것이라는 점을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study tried to investigate the moderating effect of internal marketing on the relationship between growth mindset and organizational performance of social welfare center workers. A survey was conducted on 172 social workers working at social welfare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, Chungnam, Sejong, and Daejeon, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 and Jamovi 2.0.0 program. The results obtained through the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the growth mindset has a positive effect on organizational performance (creativity, effectiveness). Second, among the sub-factors of internal marketing, education and training were found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between growth mindset and organizational performance. Based on these results, these results show the organizational performance of social welfare centers can be improving that if we can identify the growth mindset level ofworkers and while at the same time finding and supporting education and training tailored to the growth mindset of workers.
