학습자의 서술어 판단에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

국문 초록

목적：본고는 학습자의 서술어 판단 양상을 관찰하고, 학습자의 서술어 판단에 영향을 미치는 문장 구성 요인과 이들의 개별 영향력을 탐색하여 이를 토대로 서술어 교육의 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 방법：학교 문법의 체계와 선행 연구를 검토하여 학습자의 서술어 판단에 미칠 것이라고 가정되는 문장 구성 요인 10개를 선정한 뒤 이를 바탕으로 문장 내 서술어 판단 측정 도구를 생성하였다. 해당 도구를 이용하여 고등학교 2학년 학생 302명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과의 분석은 개방 코딩, 회귀 분석, 심층 신경망을 활용한 딥러닝을 통해 실행하였다. 결과：‘형태’, ‘품사’, ‘문장 내 위치’에 주목하여 서술어에 대해 오개념을 지니는 학습자를 발견하였고, 10개의 문장 구성 요인의 개별 영향력은 ‘서술어의 구성 방식’, ‘보조 용언의 존재 여부’ 등의 순으로 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 학습자들의 난도 인식률과 실제 정답률 간의 차이가 작지 않은 문항들을 확인하였다. 결론：학습자가 서술어를 판단하는 과정에서 겪는 어려움과, 그러한 어려움에 영향을 미치는 문장 구성 요인을 고려하여 서술어 교육을 개선할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose：This research was to analyze the student’s predicate judgment, and based on the factors of composition of sentences that affect learners’ judgment of the predicate and their individual influence. Methods：In order to accomplish this purpose, we have selected 10 factors assumed to affect the learner’s judgment of the predicate, and created a test for determining predicates in sentences based on the system of school grammar and prior research. A survey was conducted on 302 high school sophomores. Analysis of survey results was conducted through open coding, regression analysis, and deep learning using deep neural networks(DNNs). Results：It showed that 1) learners who had misconceptions about the predicate, paying attention to the form, the product line, and the location in the sentence. 2) The influence of the 10 factors was found to be large in the order of ‘the way the predicate is formed’, ‘Whether or not a auxiliary word’ and so on 3) We found the questions that show a difference between learners’ difficulty recognition rate and the actual correct answer rate. Conclusion：It is necessary to improve predicate education in consideration of the difficulties learners face in judging predicates and the sentence composition factors that affect them.
