국문 초록

도시의 대표적 사이 공간인 공공보행통로는 지역민들의 일상생활에 중심이 되는 도로로서 생활 편익 위주의 기능뿐만 아니라 지역공동체의 동질성 형성을 위한 문화 활동 기능도 제공하여 지역민들로 하여금 보행의 즐거움과 생활의 편리함, 지역사회 커뮤니티 활성화에도 도움을 준다. 본 연구는 인간 소외와 교류 단절 같은 도시의 문제점을 해결할 대안 중의 하나인 공공보행통로에 대한 중요성을 인식하면서 신속통합기획을 적용한 서울시 궁동 우신빌라 공공보행통로 정비계획 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 이 계획은 우신빌라 거주민뿐만 아니라 인근 지역민도 단지 내 공공공간을 이용할 수 있도록 순환 보행 네트워크 기능에 주안점을 둘 것이다. 목적을 달성하기 위해 단지 내 열린 공원과 비오톱을 공공보행통로와 연결하여 녹지순환체계를 형성한다. 비오톱, 열린 공원, 공공보행통로를 순환하는 외부공간은 보행 중심 트임축확장, 다양한 목적의 입체적 공간 조성, 부대 복리시설, 주차장 등 지역민과의 소통을 위한 공원으로 계획한다.

영문 초록

The Public Pedestrian Routes, a representative space in the city, is a road centered on the daily lives of local residents, and not only provides living benefits but also cultural activities to form homogeneity of local communities, helping local residents enjoy walking, convenience of living, and revitalize local communities. Recognizing the importance of Public Pedestrian Routes, one of the alternatives to solving urban problems such as human alienation and disconnection, this study aims to present guidelines for Public Pedestrian Routes Wooshin villa maintenance in Gungdong, Seoul, applying a rapid integration plan. The plan will focus on the function of a circular pedestrian network so that not only the residents of Wooshin villa but also the residents of nearby areas can use the public space in the complex. To achieve the purpose, open parks and biotops in the complex are connected to Public Pedestrian Routes to form a green circulation system. The outer space that circulates through Biotop, open parks, and Public Pedestrian Routes is planned as a park for communication with local residents such as pedestrian-centered slit expansion, creation of three-dimensional spaces for various purposes, unit welfare facilities, and parking lots.
