국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 SRN(자기 성찰 노트)을 활용한 학습 전략이 고등학생들의 수학 학습 태도 및 자기 주도적 학습 능력, 수학적 의사소통 능력에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 이해하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 지방의 중·소 도시에 소재한 특성화 고등학교에 재학 중인 2학년 4개 학급 83명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 학생들의 수학 학습에 어떤 변화가 생기는지를 확인하기 위해 사전·사후 설문지 검사를 실시하였다. 또한 SRN을 활용하여 수학 학습에 대한 만족도를 조사하였고 사후 면담을 보완하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, SRN을 활용한 수업이 학생들로 하여금 수업내용 이해, 수학 학습 성찰, 수학 학습 지원, SRN 활용 권장 측면에서 긍정적인 반응을 이끌어 내었다. 둘째, SRN을 활용한 수학 학습 만족도 검사에서 자신감, 학습의욕, 흥미와 같은 정의적 영역에 대한 효과 면에서는 큰 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 사전과 사후 검사 결과, 수학 학습 태도 영역, 자기 주도적 학습 능력 영역, 수학적 의사소통 능력 영역에서 전반적으로 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 마지막에 이 연구의 결과가 수학수업 현장에 주는 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This paper aimed at understanding how the learning strategies using SRN (Self-Reflection Note) affected high school students’ mathematics learning attitude, self-directed learning ability, mathematical communication ability. For this purpose, data were collected from 83 students in 4 classes of 2nd graders attending specialized high schools located in small and medium-sized cities in the province. The pre- and post-questionnaire tests were conducted to confirm what changes occurred in the students’ math learning. In addition, satisfaction with math learning was investigated using SRN, and the following results were obtained by supplementing the interview data. First, classes using SRN elicited positive responses from students in terms of understanding class content, reflecting on math learning, supporting math learning, and recommending the use of SRN to other students. Second, there was no significant change in the effect on affective domains such as confidence, learning motivation, and interest in the mathematics learning satisfaction test using SRN. Third, as a result of the pre- and post-test, there were overall positive changes in the mathematics learning attitude domain, self-directed learning ability domain, and mathematical communication ability domain. Finally, the results of this study provided implications for the field of mathematics teaching classes.
