국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학교에서 e-포트폴리오를 활용한 수업에서 나타나는 평가적인 의미에 관해 탐구하기 위해 실제 e-포트폴리오 평가를 운영하는 A 초등학교의 사례를 탐구하였다. 구체적으로 2019년 3월부터 2021년 4월까지 참여관찰, 심층면담, 그리고 문서분석 방법을 적용하여 질적 데이터를 분석하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, e-포트폴리오는 학습의 과정을 총체적으로 확인할 수 있는 평가의 의미를 지니고 있었다. 프로젝트의 시작과 끝이 어떻게 진행되는지를 종합적으로 기록한다는 점을 확인했다. 둘째, e-포트폴리오는 학생들의 고유한 개성과 가치를 드러내는 평가 기법이었다. 학생들의 수업 결과물이 개인별로 내용과 형식이 독창적으로 변화하였다. 셋째, e-포트폴리오는 수업이 충실했는지를 잘 보여주는 평가 기준으로 작동하고 있었다. A 초등학교의 성공적인 평가 사례를 바탕으로 다양한 수준에서의 연구 사례가 발굴되고, 특히 e-포트폴리오의 수업에 관한 영향력을 살펴보는 후속 연구도 필요하다. 본 연구의 기초적인 시사점들을 활용한 이론적이고 실천적인 후속 연구들이 진행되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study explored the case of elementary school A, which actually operates e-portfolio evaluation, in order to explore the evaluative meaning of classes using e-portfolio in elementary school. Specifically, the following research results were obtained by analyzing qualitative data by applying participatory observation, in-depth interview, and document analysis methods from March 2019 to April 2021. First, the e-portfolio had the meaning of evaluation that could confirm the learning process as a whole. It was confirmed that it comprehensively records how the project begins and ends. Second, the e-portfolio was an evaluation technique that revealed students’ unique individuality and values. The content and format of the students’ class results were uniquely changed for each individual. Third, the e-portfolio was functioning as an evaluation criterion that showed whether the class was faithful. Based on the successful evaluation case of elementary school A, research cases at various levels are discovered, and follow-up studies are also needed to examine the influence of e-portfolio classes in particular. It is expected that theoretical and practical follow-up studies using the basic implications of this study will proceed.
