국문 초록

본 연구는 (사) 한국코치협회 소속 코치들을 중심으로 국내 코치 활동에 대한 전반적인 현황조사를 통해 기초자료를 제공함으로써 코치들의 성장과 협회의 발전에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 (사) 한국코치협회 소속 코치를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 통해 최종 638개의 설문을 분석하였다. 총 61개의 문항 중 44개의 문항을 중심으로 분석을 하였으며 국내 코치들의 활동 현황분석 코칭비용과 수입 코치의 코칭역량을 중심으로 연구하였다. 연구결과 코치들은 석사졸업자로 경영학과 심리학 코칭학의 전공이 많았고 코치들의 활동지역은 주로 서울 경기에 집중되어 있었다. 코칭 비용에 있어서는 회기당 현재 받는 코칭비와 받고 싶은 코칭비가 상이하였으며 코치 자격별차이가 있었다. 전업코치 활동의 장애요소는 고객이 없어서라고 했다. 본 코칭 현황 조사연구를 통해 코치들의 나아가야 할 방향성 제시하고 코칭 관련 제도적 정책적인 시사점 도출과 코칭학의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the growth of coaches and the development of the association by providing basic data through an overall fact-finding survey on coaches' activities in Korea, focusing on coaches belonging to the Korea Coach Association. To this end, 638 final questionnaires were analyzed through an online questionnaire targeting coaches belonging to the Korea Coach Association. Analysis was conducted focusing on 44 questions out of a total of 61 questions, and the study focused on the analysis of the current status of domestic coaches' activities, coaching costs and income, and coaches' coaching capabilities. As a result of the study, many of the coaches were master's graduates majoring in business administration, psychology, and coaching, and the areas of activity of coaches were mainly concentrated in Seoul and Gyeonggi. Regarding the coaching cost, there was a difference between the current coaching fee and the desired coaching fee per session, and there were differences by coach qualification. He said that the obstacle to his full-time coaching activities was the lack of clients. It is expected that this coaching research study will suggest the direction coaches should go forward, derive institutional and policy implications related to coaching, and be used as basic data for coaching studies.
