국문 초록

이 논문은 해외의 교과서에서 포은 정몽주 관련 내용 수록의 현황을 살펴보고, 위 내용을 증 신설하기 위하여 필요한 조건을 제언하려는 목적을 지닌다. 2장에서 구미 지역의 학계에서 독립주제 학술서적의 중요성을 강조하였다. 교재에 실린 포은관련 내용 현황을 조사하고 대표적인, 역사대학교재의 분석을 통해 포은관련 내용이 증, 신설되기 위한 제언을 제시하였다. 또 󰡔圃隱集󰡕의 주요언어 번역이 관련 학술분야에 필수조건임을 논하였다. 3장에서는 해외 중고등학교 교과서에 실린 포은 관련 내용 현황을 조사하였다. 해외 중고등학교 교과서가 국정, 검정, 인정, 자유발행 등의 다양한 제도 아래서 발간됨을 설명하고, 그 조건을 고려한 맞춤형 증‧신설 전략을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to suggest some ways for insert more contents about Mongju Cheong(1337~1392) in the international school textbooks as we search for extant contents about him in the textbooks. In the section 2, I appreciate the importance of publishing relevant monograph in shaping scholarly ideas in the North America. examining extant content in the college level textbooks about Mongju Cheng, I analyze one of the exemplary history textbooks and suggest some ideas to insert more contents about Cheong. I also emphasize the importance of translation of the Collection of Writings of Cheong Mongju into major international languages. In the section 3, examining extant contents in the K-12 textbooks under various institutions, I suggest appropriate strategy and content are necessary conditions.
