국문 초록

이 연구는 이항로짓모형을 이용하여 주택소방시설 설치의사에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 2개의 분석모형을 구축하였다. 모형 1은 주택소방시설의 설치여부 선택모형이고 모형 2는 향후 주택소방시설 설치계획여부 선택모형으로서 응답자들이기존에 주택소방시설을 미설치한 요인과 향후 설치계획 없음 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인을 단계별로 분석하였다. 두 모형에유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인들을 Wald 통계량에 기초하여 설명력이 높은 순으로 정리하면 의무규정인지경로, 주거점유형태, 주택유형, 가구소득, 직업, 소화기사용 및 화재대피경험의 순서로 나타났다. 연구의 결과는 향후 주택소방시설의 설치율을개선하기 위해 집중해야 할 관심대상을 도출하는데 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In this study, two models were constructed using the binary logit model to analyze the factors affecting the intention to install residential firefighting systems. Model 1 can help decide whether to install a residential firefighting system and Model 2, whether to install it in the future. Using these two models, the factors affecting the intention of the respondents to not install a residential firefighting system and to not install it in the future, respectively, were analyzed. The factors with a significant effect on the two models, when arranged in the order of their highest explanatory power (based on the Wald statistic), were found to exhibit the following order: recognition path, occupant type, housing type, income, job, fire extinguisher, and fire evacuation experience. The results of this study can serve as reference data to determine the topics of focus for improving the installation rate of residential firefighting systems in the future.
