국문 초록

본 연구는 요양보호사의 직무만족도가 돌봄 서비스 질에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하고, 정서·심리적 관계형성의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 정서·심리적 관계형성 요인의 활용 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 결과는 직무만족의 하위요인 중 직무전반 요인이 돌봄 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 요양보호사의 정서·심리관계형성의 하위요인인 정서·심리인식, 정서·심리상태 조절, 정서·심리 공감능력은 돌봄 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족의 하위요인인 직무전반이 돌봄 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 관계에서 정서·심리 공감능력이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족의 하위요인인 보상수준이 돌봄 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 관계에서 정서·심리 공감능력이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to propose a plan to utilize the factors of emotional and psychological relationship formation by verifying the effect of job satisfaction of nursing care workers on the quality of care services and verifying the mediating effect of emotional and psychological relationship formation. The results of this study showed that among the sub-factors of job satisfaction, overall job factors influenced the quality of care services, and that the sub-factors of emotional and psychological relationship formation of care helpers. In addition, it was found that emotional and psychological empathy ability had a mediating effect in the relationship between the overall job, which is a sub-factor of job satisfaction, on the quality of care services. In addition, it was found that emotional and psychological empathy ability had a mediating effect in the relationship between the effect of compensation level, a sub-factor of job satisfaction, on the quality of care services.
