국문 초록

본 연구에서는 보육교사가 전문성에 대한 인식과 긍정심리자본과 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 긍정심리 자본이 높아짐에 따른 전문성과 직무성과에 따른 관계성을 도출함으로써 보육교사 전문성에 도움이 될 수 있는 기반 마련과 함께 긍정심리 자본을 모색하고자 선행연구 결과를 토대로 긍정심리 자본을 매개변수로 설정하여 보육교사의 전문성이 직무성과에 미치는 관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 보육교사의 전문성에서 직무성과로의 직접적인 영향력은 유의미하지 않으며, 긍정심리 자본을 통해서만 보육교사의 전문성이 직무성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 보육교사의 전문성이 긍정심리 자본에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정심리 자본이 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증되었다. 보육교사의 전문성과 직무성과 간의 관계에서 긍정심리 자본의 매개 효과가 있음이 검증되었다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify the effects of childcare teachers on their perception of professionalism, positive psychological capital and job performance, and to establish a foundation that can help childcare teachers' professionalism by deriving the relationship between professionalism and job performance as positive psychological capital increases, and to find positive psychological capital based on the results of previous studies as a parameter to confirm the relationship between childcare teachers' professionalism and job performance.,The direct influence of childcare teachers' professionalism on job performance is not significant, and the professionalism of childcare teachers only affects job performance through positive psychological capital.,The professionalism of child care teachers had a positive effect on positive psychological capital, and positive psychological capital had an effect on job performance.,It was verified that the mediating effect of positive psychological capital was found in the relationship between the professionalism of childcare teachers and job performance.
