국문 초록

문화재안내판 가이드라인의 긍정적인 효과를 활용하여 표준화를 독려한 개선은 하나의 규격화된 방향으로 유도하면서 비슷한 프로세스로 효과적인 정착의 양상을 보이게 되었다. 하지만 긍정적인 개선효과의 이면에서 문화재안내판이 관람약자를 배려할 수 있는지에 대한 현황을 살펴보고자 하였다. 공주시의 백제역사지구인 공산성, 무령왕릉과 왕릉원 그리고 마곡사를 중심으로 현장조사를 진행하여 안내판의 이미지를 채집하고 설계된 정보를 수집하여 분석하였다. 기본적으로는 형태, 색채, 서체 안내정보 등에 대한 표준화를 원칙적으로 적용하고 있지만, 안내문안의 분량과 안내문안의 글자크기에 따른 정보 접근에 대한 유연성이 미흡한 것으로 나타났으며, 유니버설디자인 관점에서 정보전달의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 안내문안에 대한 접근의 다각화를 목적으로 한 디스플레이 및 디지털 안내판은 화면에서 제시하는 일부 정보의 분량 설정 미흡에 따른 전달력 저하와 외국인 관광객을 고려한 다국어 표기 미비 설치 개소 부족 등 유니버설디자인 측면에서 아직 미흡하였다. 유니버설디자인을 실현하기 위해서는 고령자 및 장애인 어린이 동반객, 외국인 등 사용자의 특성과 불편요소와 같은 사회적 요구에 대응하는 설계를 바탕한 보완된 안내판 표준모델 고안이 필요하다. 지역 연계 관광활성화하고자 하는 적극적인 움직임이 있는 만큼 다양한 관람자를 수용할 수 있는 유니버설디자인 관점에서의 관람환경을 구축하는데 관심을 가져야하며, 지속적인 관련연구가 추진될 필요성이 있다.

영문 초록

Improvements that encouraged standardization by utilizing the positive effects of the guideline for cultural heritage information boards led to a standardized direction and showed an effective settlement through a similar process. However, behind the positive effects, I tried to examine the current status of whether the information board can consider all variety of spectators. Gongsanseong and the tombs of King Muryeong and Wangneungwon, and Magoksa were subjected to on-site investigations to collect images of boards and to collect and analyze the designed information. In principle, standardization of form, color, and typeface guide information is applied, but it was found that there was insufficient flexibility in accessing information according to the amount of guide text and the font size of the guide text. The display and digital signage aimed at diversifying access to the guide text, which can be said to be the core of information delivery from the point of view of universal design, have reduced delivery power due to insufficient setting of the amount of information presented on the screen and lack of multilingual labeling considering foreign tourists. In terms of universal design, such as lack of installation sites, it was still insufficient. In order to realize universal design, it is necessary to devise a supplementary standard model for information boards based on designs that respond to social needs such as the characteristics and inconveniences of users such as the elderly, the disabled, children, and foreigner. In Gongju, as there is an active movement to revitalize tourism linked to the region. There is a need to pay attention, and there is a need for continuous related research to be pursued.
