소방공무원 대상 중재프로그램 연구동향 -2012년부터 2022년까지 국내연구중심으로-

국문 초록

본 연구는 2012년부터 2022년까지 소방공무원 대상 중재프로그램의 연구동향을 살펴 향후 중재프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 주제어 검색을 통해 소방공무원의 중재프로그램 논문 22편을 선정하였고 문헌연구방법인 내용분석법을 사용하여 연구시기, 연구주제, 연구방법, 중재기법, 중재방법별로 분석하였다. 소방공무원을 위한 중재프로그램은 2012년 ‘소방공무원 보건 안전및 복지 기본법’의 제정이후 꾸준히 증가하였다. 연구주제는 정신건강에 부적요인과 관련 있는 주제에서 점차 정적요인과 관련 있는 주제로의 연구가 증가하는 추세였고 양적연구는 15편, 질적연구를 포함한 연구는 7편이었고 단일군연구가 12편으로 비교군 실험연구 10편보다 많았다. 단일․다수기법중재프로그램에서 중재기법으로 예술심리치료기법의 사용빈도는 9편으로 가장 많았다. 캠프프로그램과 정신건강증진프로그램의 경우 소방공무원의 직무특성에 기반 한 심신이완을 위한 기법, EMDR, 대체의학적기법 등을 사용한 정신건강교육, 개인상담과 집단상담을 특징으로 하고 있다. 이러한 분석 결과들에 근거하여 중재프로그램 개발에 필요한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study offers the groundwork data to facilitate future creation of intervention programs for fire-fighter officers by examining current intervention programs listed on the professional jounals from 2012 to 2022. The study selects 22 writings(articles, thesis, dissertations) on fire-fighter intervention programs by keyword searching and analyzes studying periods, subjects, and intervention tools & methodologies of these writings by applying content analysis (one of the literature research methods). Recent trend shows the steady increase of intervention programs for fire-fighters since the establishment of ‘Health, Safety & Welfare Act’ for fire-fighters in 2012. The subjects of intervention programs shift from negative factors on mental health to positive factors on mental health. 15 writings are categorized as quantitative research. 7 writings use qualitative research method as one of the studying analysis tools. 12 writings examine single-group, slightly larger than the number of comparative-group study ones(10). Among the single and multiple method intervention programs in the writings examined, Art psychotherapy method is frequently used. 9 writings use art psychotherapy method. Camp programs & mental health improvement programs for fire-fighters feature mental heath education, personal counselling and group counselling that incorporate various comprehensive therapy approaches based on fire-fighters job characteristics ranging from mind & body relaxation therapy to EMDR, and alternative medicine method. The study suggests the fundamental requirements to develop and devise intervention programs on the basis of the findings.
