학제연장에 따른 보건의료정보관련 학과의 효율적 운영방안 검토

국문 초록

본 연구는 전문대학의 학제자율화와 관련하여 다수의 보건행정관련 학과의 학제가 기존의 2년제에서 3년제로 학제 연장이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 학제연장에 대하여 장단점을 분석하고, 학제연장이 학생들의 학습만족도, 학과정체성, 학생지도 용이성, 학력신장을 위해 필요한가를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 보건의료정보, 보건행정, 의무행정, 의료경영 등의 전공학과 별로 운영하고 있는 커리큘럼을 분석하여 최적의 교과목을 선정하였다. 또한, 최적의 교과목 선정을 위해 고려해야할 사항으로 제4차 산업혁명의 패러다임, 새로운 정부의 교육방침, 제4차 산업혁명시대 대한민국 미래교육보고서 등의 교육방침 등을 교육과정 개발의 기준으로 활용하였다. 결론적으로, 전문대학교의 보건행정관련 학과의 학제연장과 함께 갖추어야할 새로운 교육 키워드로 ‘반복’에서 벗어난 ‘창의성’과 ‘감성’을 갖춘 교육인재 개발이 가능한 교육운영방침이 개발되어야 한다. 이를 통해, 보건의료정보과련 학과의 학제연장을 통해 의료기관에서 만들 수 없는 창의적인 인재, 감성을 가진 인재, 서비스 매너를 갖춘 인재로 거듭날 수 있는 인재양성기관으로의 발돋움이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study suggests that we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these interdisciplinary extensions and analyze whether the extension of the interdisciplinary program is necessary for students' learning satisfaction, departmental identity, ease of instruction, and academic achievement. To do this, we analyzed the curriculum operated by major departments of health and medical information, health administration, mandatory administration, and medical management in the country and selected the best subject. In order to select the best subject, the education policy such as the paradigm of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the education policy of the new government, and the report of the future education of the Republic of Korea in the 4th Industrial Revolution era was used as the criteria for the development of the curriculum. In conclusion, education management policy should be developed to develop educational talents with 'creativity' and 'emotion' that are different from 'repetition' as a new educational keyword to be provided along with extension of interdisciplinary departments of health administrative administration at professional universities. Through the extension of the interdisciplinary curriculum of the Department of Health and Medical Information, it will be possible to become a human resource development institution that can be created as a human resource with creative talents, emotional talents, and service manners that can not be created by medical institutions.
