국문 초록

본 연구에서는 보건의료 빅데이터를 활용하기 위한 의료정보관리자의 역할과 준비방안에 대하여 연구하였다. 빅데이터를 분석하기 위해서는 통계학적 지식, 컴퓨터공학 지식, 경제학적 지식과 통계 분석 기술, 데이터베이스 분석 기술, 프로그래밍 기술 등이 필요하다. 의료지식에는 의학용어 지식, 해부학·생리학·병리학·약리학 등의 기초의학 지식과 주진단 선정 및 질병·행위·종양 분류 기술, 진료내역 및 의무기록 분석 기술이 필요하며, 보험유형별 진료비 산정 기준 지식과 보험유형별 진료비 내역 분석 능력이 필요하다. 또한 빅데이터를 분석하여 생성된 정보를 제공하고 관리하기 위해서는 세부적인 직무 분야별 전문지식, 개인정보 보호 및 관리를 위한 윤리의식이 필요하며, 정보를 수집하고 분류하는 능력과 정보를 활용하는 통찰력과 창의성, 분석하여 생성된 정보를 시각적으로 표현해주는 시각화 기술, 필요한 곳에 정보를 제공하기 위해서 의사소통의 능력이 필요하다. 의료정보관리사가 보건의료 빅데이터를 관리 및 활용하기 위해서는 의료정보관리사의 이론적인 지식보다는 데이터베이스와 통계학적 분석능력을 함양할 수 있는 실습이 강화되고 평가가 이루어 질 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 보건의료의 빅데이터를 분석하고 관리하기 위해서는 보건의료에 대한 전공학습의 비중을 높여 의사나 간호사 등의 의료인들과의 전문적인 정보교류가 가능하도록 의학지식을 함양할 수 있는 전공역량을 강화해야할 것이다.

영문 초록

In this study, we have studied the roles and preparation plan of medical information manager to utilize big medical data. To analyze big data, statistical knowledge, computer engineering knowledge, economic knowledge and statistical analysis technology, database analysis technology, and programming technology are required. Medical knowledge includes basic medical knowledge such as medical terminology knowledge, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and pharmacology, primary diagnosis selection, disease, behavior and tumor classification technology, medical history and medical record analysis technology, Ability to analyze medical expenses by insurance type is required. In order to provide and manage information generated by analyzing big data, it is necessary to have detailed professional knowledge by job field, ethical awareness for personal information protection and management, ability to collect and classify information, and insight, creativity, Visualization technology that visualizes the information generated by analysis, and communication skills to provide information where needed. In order to manage and utilize healthcare data, healthcare information manager should be able to enhance the practice of database and statistical analysis rather than the theoretical knowledge of medical information manager. n order to analyze and manage the big data of health care, it is necessary to increase the proportion of majors in health care and strengthen the majors capacity to develop medical knowledge so that professional information exchange with doctors and nurses will be.
