국문 초록

코로나-19가 장기화되고 있는 지금에 한국과 중국은 전혀 다른 방역 정책을 시행하고 있다. 조만간 양국 간의 여행금지 조치가 풀리게 되면 수백만 명의 중국인 관광객이 다시 한국을 방문할 것으로 보인다. 이에 중국인 잠재관광객의 한국 관광에 대한 위험지각과 관광 행동의도간의 어떤 연관관계가 있는지에 대해 연구할 필요가 있다. 코로나 대유행 시기에 관광행동은 지속적으로 정신건강에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 건강행동이다. 본 연구에서는 확장된 건강신념모델을 적용하여 COVID-19 시대에서 중국인 잠재관광객이 한국 관광에 대한 위험지각이 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 관광 위험지각은 건강신념 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건강신념 요인 중 지각된 이익, 자기효능감이 한국관광 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각된 장애, 행동의 단서, 주관적 규범이 한국관광 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 차이를 분석한 결과 성별과 연령대에 따라 한국관광에 대한 위험지각, 건강신념의 부분 하위요인이 유의한 차이가 분석되었다. 향후 중국인 관광객을 대상으로 관련 대응책을 마련하는 데 있어 기초 참고 자료로 활용될 수 있다고 사료된다.

영문 초록

Korea and China are implementing completely different quarantine policies now that COVID-19 is prolonged. Millions of Chinese tourists are expected to visit Korea again if the travel ban between the two countries is lifted soon. It is necessary to study the relationship between Chinese potential tourists' perception of risk to Korean tourism and the intention of tourism behavior. During the COVID-19 pandemic, tourism behavior is a health behavior that can continuously have a positive effect on mental health. This study examined the effect of Chinese potential tourists' risk perception of Korean tourism on behavioral intention in the COVID-19 era was empirically analyzed by applying EHBM. Research results showed that tourism risk perception has a significant effect on health belief factors, and the health belief sub-factors, perceived benefits and self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on tourism behavior intention, perceived barriers, cues to action and subjective norms has a significant negative effect on tourism behavior intention. As a result of analyzing the differences according to demographic characteristics, tourism risk perception and partial sub-factors of health beliefs have a significant differences according to gender and age group. It is believed that it can be used as a basic reference material in preparing related countermeasures for Chinese tourists in the future.
