국문 초록

본 연구는 관광에 미치는 생태환경 영향, 경제적 영향, 사회적 영향을 바탕으로 대구 시민의 관광개발지원에 대한 인식에 관한 논문이다. 본 연구의 연구 배경으로 Perdue, Long과 Allen의 모델, 사회 교환 이론과 Triple Bottom Line Theory을 바탕으로 변수간의 관계를 알아보았다. 연구의 표본은 대구 시민으로 총 187부의 설문을 최종분석 자료로 활용하였으며, 자료는 SPSS 21 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 다음과 같은 최종 결과를 도출하였다. 설문조사를 통해 개인적 이익, 인지된 영향, 관광개발 지원에 대하여 조사를 한 결과 관광개발의 영향을 측정하기 위한 Triple Bottom Line Theory가 지지되었다. 그러나 사회 교환 이론은 부분적으로 지지되어, 관광의 개인적 이익, 관광의 긍정적인 영향, 관광 개발에 대한 지원 사이의 관계를 설명하였다. 결론적으로, 대구 시민들은 대구의 관광개발을 지지한다는 결론을 도출했으며 이러한 긍정적인 인식을 바탕으로 대구시가 대구시의 관광산업 개발의 필요성에 대해 널리 인지하고 홍보와 개발의 필요성이 제기된다.

영문 초록

This study looks into support for additional tourism in Daegu, Korea, with three dimensions to the impacts of tourism that affect the support: ecological, economic, and social. This study is built on these relationships with Perdue, Long, and Allen’s model, Social Exchange Theory, and Triple Bottom Line. To test this, Daegu residents were given a survey about personal benefit from tourism, impacts of tourism, and their support for additional tourism. A total of 187 questionnaires were used as the final analysis data using SPSS 21.0 statistical program. The results supported the Triple Bottom Line as an appropriate measurement to analyze impacts of tourism. However, Social Exchange Theory was not fully supported, for it only explained the relationships between personal benefit from tourism, positive impacts of tourism and support for additional tourism. It did not explain the relationships with the negative impacts. The results show that Daegu residents support additional tourism, which can be helpful for the local government to further develop the industry.
