국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 항공서비스학과 대학생을 대상으로 교육서비스품질이 지각된 유용성과 전공만족 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 학생들과 학과운영에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구의 표본은 전국에 재학중인 항공서비스학과 대학생들을 대상으로 총 299부의 설문을 최종분석자료로 활용하였으며 통계프로그램 SPSS 25.0를 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 상관관계분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 AMOS 20 에서 다중팬텀변수를 활용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째 HEdPERF의 교육서비스품질의 교수, 대학명성, 행정프로그램, 접근성은 지각된 유용성과 영향관계가 있음을 알수가 있으며 둘째 교육서비스품질은 전공만족의 교과, 관계, 인식에는 유의한 관계가 있지만 교육서비스품질 중대학명성과 전공만족에서의 관계는 기각되었다. 셋째 지각된 유용성은 전공만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 지각된 유용성과 진로준비행동, 전공만족이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향관계 또한 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결론은 우수한 교육서비스품질로서 학생들이 지각할수 있는 유용성은 자신들의 전공만족 및 올바른 진로준비행동을 통해서 취업이라는 목표를 통해 유용한 도구로서 활용할 수 있는 점에서 의의를 둔다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to help students and aviation service department managements by analyzing the effects of educational service quality on perceived usefulness, major satisfaction, and career preparation behavior. A total of 299 questionnaires were used as final analysis data from university students enrolled in aviation service departments in the country. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed and the following conclusions were drawn using multiple phantom variables in AMOS 20. First, it can be seen that HEdPERF's educational service quality, the professor(s), university reputation, administrative program, and accessibility have an impact with perceived usefulness. Second, educational service quality had a significant effect on subject relationship, and perception of major satisfaction. Third, perceived usefulness was found to have a significant effect on major satisfaction, and it can be seen that perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior was also significantly affected. Finally, the relationship between major satisfaction and career preparation behavior was also found to be significant.
