교육서비스품질이 전공몰입 및 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 경인지역 2년제 대학 관광계열전공 2학년 학생을 대상으로 교욱서비스품질이 전공몰입과 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석 하여 취업을 앞둔 학생들에게 효과적인 취업지도에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 본 연구의 연구방법으로는 실증분석을 위한 자료로 자기기입식 설문지 응답법을 사용하였으며 회수된 설문지 총 289부를 대상으로 통계프로그램 SPSS25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰성분석, 타당성분석, 상관관계분석, 단순회귀분석 및 다중회귀분석을 수행한 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 가설1. 교육서비스품질이 전공몰입에 54.1%의 설명력을 나타내며 교수진, 교과과정, 행정서비스, 교육환경의 순으로 전공몰입을 증가시켰다. 가설2. 교육서비스품질이 취업준비행동에 59.9%의 설명력을 나타내며 교수진, 교과과정, 행정서비스, 교육환경의 순으로 취업준비행동을 증가시켰다. 가설3. 전공몰입은 취업준비행동에 61.7%의 설명력을 나타내며 전공몰입은 취업준비행동을 증가시키는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과로 검증된 교육서비스품질이 전공몰입과 취업준비행동을 증가 시킨다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 교육서비스품질의 하위 요소인 교수진, 교과과정, 행정서비스, 교육환경 순으로 미치는 영향이 큰 것을 알 수 있었으며, 전공몰입은 취업준비행동을 증가시키는 것 또한 알 수 있다. 특히 교수진과 교과과정이 더욱 중요한 것으로 나타나 학생들에게 수준 높은 교수진의 교과과정을 제공하여 학생들의 몰입을 높이고 취업준비행동에 필수요소임을 강조할 수 있는 결과이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to help sophomores in tourism-related departments at two-year colleges in Gyeongin area to provide effective employment guidance to students who are about to find a job by analyzing the effects of service quality on their majors and job preparation behaviors. As the research method of this study, a self-filling questionnaire response method was used as data for empirical analysis. The questionnaire was conducted for sophomores, and a total of 289 questionnaires were used in this study. After coding, the SPSS 21.0 statistical program was used for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, Hierarchical regression analysis was performed. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Hypothesis 1. Educational service quality had an explanatory power of 54.1% for major immersion, and increased major immersion in the order of faculty, curriculum, administrative services, and educational environment. Hypothesis 2. Educational service quality had an explanatory power of 59.9% for job preparation behavior, and it increased job preparation behavior in the order of faculty, curriculum, administrative services, and educational environment. Hypothesis 3. It can be seen that major immersion has an explanatory power of 61.7% for job preparation behavior, and major immersion increases job preparation behavior. As a result of this study, it was found that the verified educational service quality increases major immersion and job preparation behavior. It was also found that immersion in major increased job preparation behavior. As shown in these results, if we provide higher-quality educational services to students, it will be of great help to their employment.
