국문 초록

본 연구는 북한인권문제에 대한 보수이념의 입장과 견해를 밝히고있다. 북한인권문제는 이제 더 이상 방치․방관할 수 없는 국제사회 최대의 이슈 중 하나가 되었다. 북한인권문제는 북한문제 해결을 위한 가장 중요한 문제로 북한인권문제의 근본적 해결 없이는 결코 북한문제의해결은 요원하다고 하겠다. 이러한 인식을 기초로 하여 본 논문은 우선북한인권문제의 기본성격을 밝히고 있다. 첫째, 북한인권문제는 북한정권에 대한 신뢰구축적 성격을 지니고 있다는 것이다. 둘째, 북한인권문제의 해결은 한반도 통일의 기반구축이라는 성격을 지니고 있다는 것이다. 이러한 북한인권문제의 기본성격을 기초하여 보수는 북한인권문제에 대한 자신의 입장과 견해를 분명히 표명하고 있다. 첫째, 보수는 북한정권에 의한 인권유린행위는 인류의 보편적 이념인 자유민주주의에반하는 것이라는 견해를 분명히 하고 있다. 둘째, 보수는 북한인권문제에 대해 시급히 개선되어야 할 국제문제로 규정하고 있다는 사실이다. 마지막으로 북한인권문제는 주권의 차원을 넘어 인도주의적 차원에서적극적으로 개입하여 그 해결책을 모색해야 한다는 입장과 견해를 지니고 있다는 사실이다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed to analyse the positions and views of conservatist ideology on the North Korean human right's problem. North Korean human rights problem is international affairs that can not leave it any longer. It is impossible to resolve the North Korean’s problem without a fundamental solution of human rights issue. On this recognition, this thesis is burning firstly the basic character of North Korean human rights problem. First, North Korean human rights problem keeps the character of belief-building on the North Korean regime. Secondly, the solution of North Korean human rights problem keeps the character of build-up on Korean unification. On the basic character of North Korean human rights problem, conservatism shows the positions and views on the North Korean human right's problem. First, conservatism regulates the human rights abuses by the North Korean regime as retrograde behavior to liberal democracy. Second, conservatism defines North Korean human rights problem. as international affairs to urgently solve. Finally, conservatism think North Korean human rights problem should be actively involved throughout the humanitarian intervention on human rights issues.
