국문 초록

물류산업은 글로벌화와 더불어 지속적인 성장을 거듭해 왔으며 최근 두드러진 환경문제로 인해 자연스럽게 친환경적인 녹색물류에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 물류기업의 GSCM 역량과 녹색자기효능감과의 관계를 밝히고 이를 통해 성과가 발생하는 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구 분석 결과 첫째, GSCM 역량이 녹색자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출되었으며, 둘째로 녹색자기효능감이 환경적 성과와 재무적 성과 모두에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 녹색자기효능감이 GSCM 역량과 환경적, 재무적 성과 모두에 유의미한 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 최근 환경변화에 따라 물류기업의 환경을 고려한 SCM 실행은 선택이 아닌 생존 및 경쟁력과 직결된 문제이며, GSCM 역량을 강화하는 것이 녹색자기효능감을 강화시키고 결과적으로 기업의 환경적 성과뿐만 재무적 성과에도 긍정적 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Purpose : This paper elucidates the relationship between GSCM capabilities and green self-efficacy in logistics companies and identifies the relationship that results in strong performance. Research design, data and methodology : A questionnaire analysis was implemented to target logistics enterprises registered in eastern China(Shandong Province, Jiangsu Province, Shanghai). An analysis of demographics was implemented by utilizing IBM's SPSS v. 25.0. The test hypothesis was implemented by building a structural equation model utilizing SmartPLS. Results : First, from testing hypothesis 1, we determined that a GSCM capacity had a significant effect on green self-efficacy. Second, from testing hypothesis 2, we found that green self-efficacy had a significant effect on both environmental and financial performance. Finally, from testing hypothesis 3, we found that green self-efficacy played a significant mediating role in both GSCM competency and environmental and financial performance. Conclusions : According to recent environmental changes, SCM implementation considering the environments of logistics companies is an important matter directly related to survival and competitiveness. Therefore, strengthening the GSCM capability of a logistics company will intensify the sense of green self-efficacy and as a result will have a positive effect on the company's environmental and financial performance
