성인발달장애인 어머니의 회복탄력성 증진을 위한 치료적 음악감상과 토의 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 치료적 음악감상과 토의가 성인발달장애인 어머니의 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상자는 성인발달장애인 어머니 5명이며, 2020년 6월 25일부터 7월 23일까지 고전음악과 대중가요를 활용하여 총 16회기에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 프로그램 사전 및 사후 회복탄력성 점수를 비교하였고, 대상자의 토의 진행 과정의 변화를 토대로 중재 내 반응을 내용 분석하였다. 연구 결과 치료적 음악감상과 토의가 성인발달장애인 어머니의 회복탄력성의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 치료적 음악감상과 토의가 심리적·신체적 이완을 이끌어 내고, 자신의 삶을 성찰함으로써 회복탄력성을 도모하는 중재임을 시사하며, 중년기 성인발달장애인 어머니의 삶의 질 향상을 위하여 회복탄력성 증진의 필요성을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the changes in therapeutic music appreciation and discussion to the resilience of mothers with adult developmental disabilities. Five mothers with adult developmental disabilities participated in this study, and the program arbitration was conducted twice a week from June 25 to July 23, 2020, for a total of 16 sessions. In consideration of the participants preferences, this program applied the discussion through therapeutic music appreciation using classical and popular music. The data analysis compared the program’s pre and post intervention resilience scores and analyzed the responses within the intervention based on changes in the participants’discussion progress. Studies have shown that therapeutic music appreciation and discussion have a positive effect on the change in resilience of mothers with adult developmental disabilities. As a result of the study, it was found that therapeutic music listening and discussion had a positive effect on the change in the re,silience of mothers with adult developmental disabilities. This study suggests that therapeutic music appreciation and discussion is an arbitration that leads to psychological and physical relaxation and promotes resilience by reflecting on one’s life. The study of mothers with developmental disabilities in middle age is meaningful in that it expanded the range of participants in the study and suggested the need to improve the quality of mothers with developmental disabilities in middle age.
