어린이집 자율장학의 운영의 실태와 활성화 방안에 대한 유아교사의 인식

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집 자율장학 운영 실태와 활성화 방안에 대한 교사의 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 Y시와 I시에 위치한 어린이집에서 근무하는 교사 280명을 대상으로 하였으며, 총 244부의 설문자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 대부분이 어린이집에서의 자율장학에 대해 중요하게 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자율장학 활성화 방안으로 자율장학의 적극적 참여를 독려하기 위한 다양한 장학프로그램의 제공과 재정적 뒷받침의 증대가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 효율적인 장학유형으로 자기장학의 활성화를 들었으며, 교직역량의 강화를 위해 교육연수 참여, 자기장학모형의 개발 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자율장학을 실시에서 준비과정을 최소화하고 자발적이고 능동적으로 참여함으로써 효과적인 장학을 이룰 수 있을 것으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 선행연구의 결과와 비교하고 자율장학을 활성화하기 위한 정책적인 제안과 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study established the following research problems to identify teachers' perception of the current status of autonomous supervision management of daycare centers and how to activate them. The subjects of the study were 280 teachers working at 40 daycare centers located in Y city and I city, Gyeonggi-do, and a total of 244 copies of data were used for the final analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is shown that most teachers are importantly aware of and implement autonomous supervision in daycare centers. Second, it indicated the need to provide various scholarship programs and increase financial support to encourage active participation in autonomous supervision as a way to activate autonomous supervision. Third, it was necessary to participate in educational training and develop a autonomous supervision model to strengthen teaching capacity. Fourth, it also emphasized the promotion of autonomous supervision through the preparation of high-quality scholarship programs, information provision and training at educational administrative agencies. Based on the results on this study, it is suggested that educational programs and policies that can improve the psychological well-being of infant teachers will be needed and suggested limitations of this study and suggestions for future research.
