국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 인지행동치료 슈퍼비전 실제에서 핵심적으로 강조하고 있는 슈퍼바이지의 역량강화와 역량평가를 중심으로 한 연구들을 고찰하여 국내 인지행동치료 슈퍼비전 실행을 위한 이론적 근거와 실질적 도움을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 인지행동치료 슈퍼비전에 대한 평가자 간 신뢰도와 평가도구의 타당도를 검증한 여러 연구들을 바탕으로 역량강화와 평가에 대한 실제를 소개하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인지행동치료 슈퍼비전에서 활용되는 역량강화는 기본적으로 기초적 역량과 기능적 역량의 영역으로 나뉘어 양질의 심리치료와 슈퍼비전이 수행되도록 돕는다. 둘째, 인지행동 슈퍼비전의 역량 평가를 위한 대표적인 측정도구는 SAGE(Supervision: Adherence and Guidance Evaluation)와 CTS-R(Revised Cognitive Therapy Scale)이 있다. 향후 SAGE와 CTS-R의 국내 활용에 대해 평가도구에 대한 이해와 윤리적 측면, 평가자 훈련, 신뢰성 확보 등 추가적인 과정들이 필요할 것이라 생각된다. 또한 국내 인지행동치료 연구의 발전을 위해 지속적인 탐색과 훈련이 진행된다면 슈퍼바이지의 질적 성장과 발전에 많은 실질적인 도움이 될 것이라 여겨진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis and practical help for the implementation of domestic cognitive behavioral therapy supervision by reviewing the studies centered on competence enhancement and competency evaluation of supervisors, which are the core emphasis in the practice of cognitive behavioral therapy supervision. To this end, this study introduced the practice of capacity building and evaluation based on several studies that verified inter-rater reliability and validity of evaluation tools for cognitive behavioral therapy supervision. The conclusion is as follows. First, competency reinforcement used in cognitive behavioral therapy supervision is basically divided into basic competency and functional competency, and helps to perform high quality psychotherapy and supervision. Second, representative measurement tools for evaluating the competence of cognitive behavioral supervision are SAGE(Supervision: Adherence and Guidance Evaluation) and CTS-R(Revised Cognitive Therapy Scale). In the future, for domestic use of SAGE and CTS-R, additional processes such as understanding of evaluation tools, ethical aspects, evaluator training, and securing reliability are thought to be necessary. In addition, if continuous exploration and training are conducted for the development of domestic cognitive behavioral therapy research, it is believed that it will be of great practical help to the qualitative growth and development of supermarkets.
