국문 초록

목 적：발목골절 환자에게 진행하는 여러 가지 검사방법들이 있지만, Ankle Gravity Stress view(GSV)는 시행하지 않는 병원이 대부분이다. 따라서 발목골절 환자에게 Ankle AP검사와 Ankle GSV에서 얻은 각각의 Medial Clear Space(MCS) 값을 측정 비교하여 진단과 치료계획을 세우는데 있어 유용성을 평가하였고 Ankle GSV의 검사방법에 대해서도 공유하고자 한다. 대상 및 검사방법： 2020년 3월부터 1년간 응급실로 내원한 환자 중 Distal malleolus Fracture로 Ankle GSV를 검사한 41명(남19명, 여22명)을 대상으로 하였다. Ankle AP에서 얻은 MCS의 수치와 Ankle GSV를 통해 얻은 MCS의 수치를 측정하고 SPSS Stastic Ver.18을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결 과：Ankle AP와 Ankle GSV에서 얻은 MCS의 간격 측정 데이터를 통계 분석한 결과 Ankle AP의 평균 MCS는 3.21mm인데 반해 Ankle GSV의 평균 MCS는 5.75mm로 상승하였고, 실제로 Ankle GSV의 적용으로 인해 MCS를 확인하는데 유의성이 나타났다. (p<0.05) 결 론：Distal fibula fracture가 있는 환자에게 Ankle AP에서 얻은 MCS값 보다 Ankle GSV를 통해 얻은 MCS의 값이 높게 측정되어 Deltoid ligament의 Injury를 판단하는 것에 유의하였으며, 진단 및 치료계획을 세우는데 많은 도움을 줄 수 있는 유용한 검사법이라고 사료된다.

영문 초록

PURPOSE：There are several examination methods for ankle fracture patients, but most hospitals do not implement Ankle Gravity Stress view (GSV). Therefore, for ankle fracture patients, we evaluated the usefulness of diagnosis and treatment planning by measuring and comparing each Medial Clear Space (MCS) value obtained from Ankle AP test and Ankle GSV, and we would like to share the test method of Ankle GSV. MATERIAL & METHOD：Among the patients who visited the emergency room for one year from March 2020, 41 patients (19males and 22 females) who had ankle GSV examined with Distal fibula Fracture were enrolled. The MCS values obtained from Ankle AP and MCS values obtained from Ankle GSV were measured and analyzed using SPSS Statistics Ver.18. RESULT：As a result of statistical analysis of the MCS interval measurement data obtained from Ankle AP and Ankle GSV, the average MCS of Ankle AP was 3. 21mm, while the average MCS of Ankle GSV rose to 5.75mm. In fact, there was significance is confirming MCS due to the application of Ankle GSV(p<0.05). CONCLUSION：In patients with distal fibula fracture, the MCS value obtained through Ankle GSV was measured higher than the MCS value obtained from the Ankle AP, so it was noted that the injury of the deltoid ligament was judged. It is considered a useful test method to help them develop diagnosis and treatment plans.
