건강가정․다문화가족지원센터사업의 활성화를 위한 방안 모색

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 송파지역 주민을 대상으로 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터의 사업참여 및 경험유무에 따른 만족도, 위드코로나 시대의 대면 및 비대면 사업의 만족도, 프로그램별 만족도를 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 센터사업에 참여한 주민들의 만족도는 높은 것으로 나타났고, 이용회수는 한 두 번 혹은 1년 미만인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비대면 프로그램에 대한 만족도가 높았으며, 불편함을 적게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 센터에서 진행하는 프로그램의 필요성 및 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 양육 및 자녀교육과 관련한 프로그램에 대한 요구도와 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다. 먼저, 센터사업에 참여한 주민들의 만족도가 높았음에도 불구하고, 센터사업 이용회수가 한 두번이거나 이용기간이 1년 미만에 그친 경우가 있었으므로 프로그램의 중복참여 및 지속참여를 이끌어낼 수 있는 방안과 홍보가 요구된다. 둘째, 코로나 19로 인해 비대면 프로그램을 추가하거나 기존의 프로그램을 비대면으로 전환하여 진행하였음에도 불구하고 지역주민들은 불편함을 낮게 인식하였고, 만족도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 추후에도 위드(with)코로나 시대에 적합한 프로그램의 다각화 및 다양화를 시도하여 센터를 지속적으로 이용하는 고객이 증가할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 건강가정·다문화가족지원센터에서 운영하는 사업 중 양육, 자녀교육, 가족 중심 프로그램 등에 대한 요구도 및 만족도가 높으므로 이를 보다 확장하고 세분화하여 운영할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, satisfaction with participation and experience of healthy family/multicultural family support center, satisfaction with face-to-face and non-face-to-face projects in the era of With Corona, and satisfaction with each program were investigated for Songpa residents. The results of this study are as follows. First, the satisfaction of the residents who participated in the center project was high, and the frequency of use was found to be once or twice or less than a year. Second, the satisfaction with the non-face-to-face program was high, and it was found that they perceived less discomfort. Third, the necessity and satisfaction of the programs conducted by the center were found to be high. In particular, it was found that the demand and satisfaction for programs related to child rearing and children s education were high. Based on these results, I would like to suggest the following. First, despite the high satisfaction of the residents who participated in the center project, there were cases where the number of use of the center project was once or twice or the period of use was less than one year. publicity is required. Second, despite adding a non-face-to-face program or converting an existing program to a non-face-to-face program due to COVID-19, local residents perceived the inconvenience as low and satisfaction was high. In the future, it will be necessary to diversify and diversify programs suitable for the era of with Corona so that the number of customers who use the center continuously increases. Third, among the projects operated by the Center for Healthy Families and Multicultural Families, there is a high demand and satisfaction for child rearing, child education, and family-oriented programs, so it is necessary to expand and subdivide them.
