국문 초록

지자체는 지역주민들이 행복한 삶을 살아가고, 긍정적인 삶의 질과 거주의도를 가질 수 있도록 역할을 도모해야 할 필요가 있다. 이러한 측면에서 지역주민의 거주만족도를 높이는 것은 중요한 문제일 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 지역주민의 거주만족도가 거주의도에 미치는 영향관계를 행복감과 삶의 질을 토대로 규명하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 할당표본추출법을 사용한 현장조사를 대전에 거주하는 지역주민들을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구모형의 영향관계들(H1~H9)에 대한 분석결과 연구가설 7(심리적 행복감→거주의도)과 연구가설 9(삶의 질→거주의도)를 제외하고, 대부분의 연구가설이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거주 만족도는 두 개의 행복감(주관적 행복감, 심리적 행복감)에 긍정적으로 관련이 있음을 보여준다. 둘째, 주관적 행복감, 심리적 행복감, 그리고 거주 만족도는 삶의 질에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것이 발견되었다. 셋째, 주관적 행복감과 거주 만족도는 거주의도에 긍정적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 거주만족도를 높이는 것이 가장 중요함을 확인하였다. 또한, 주관적 행복감이 삶의 질과 거주의도를 긍정적으로 변화시키는 구성개념으로 나타났다. 이에 대한 학술적 기여와 관리적 시사점은 결론 부분에 더 구체적으로 논의되었다.

영문 초록

Local governments need to play a role so that local residents can lead a happy life and have a positive quality of life and residential intention. In this respect, it is an important issue to increase the residential satisfaction of local residents. Therefore, This study investigated the effect of local residents residential satisfaction on their residential intention, based on happiness and quality of life. To achieve this objective, a field survey using the quota sampling method was conducted on local residents living in Daejeon. As a result about the influence relationships(H1~H9) of the research model, most of the research hypotheses were found to be statistically significant except for hypothesis 7(Psychological happiness→residential intention) and hypothesis 9(quality of life→residential intention). The specific results are as follows. First, residential satisfaction was positively related to both happiness(subjective happiness, psychological happiness). Second, subjective happiness, psychological happiness, and residential satisfaction were found to have positively influenced quality of life. Third, subjective happiness and residential satisfaction seemed to have a positive significant influence on residential intention. As a result, it is most important to increase residential satisfaction. Also, subjective happiness was found to be a construct that positively changed quality of life and residential intention. The academic contributions and managerial implications of these results were further presented in the conclusion section.
