국문 초록

이 연구는 한국형아유르베다 교육훈련체계가 전인교육으로서 의미가 있고 교육 현장에서 한국형아유르베다 심리유형이 유용하게 활용될 수 있음에도 불구하고 아직까지 한국형아유르베다에 대한 교육적 관점의 연구가 미흡한 실정이기에 한국형아유르베다에 대한 전인교육적 의미를 살펴보고 한국형아유르베다 전인교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 고찰을 해보고자 탐색적 연구를 하였다. 이를 위해 학술정보 사이트인 RISS에서 키워드 검색한 논문 중에 연구 주제와 관련 있는 논문을 선정하여 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 한국형아유르베다의 전인교육적 의미와 전인교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 내러티브 교육적 관점의 탐구를 하였다. 그리고 교육현장에서 인지, 정서, 행동이 통합적으로 학습되는 한국형아유르베다 전인교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 유용한 자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 한국형아유르베다 교육훈련체계가 추구하는 교육목적과 전인교육이 지향하는 교육의 방향은 일치한다. 둘째, 한국형아유르베다 심리유형을 활용한 교육 심리적 관점의 연구에서 한국형아유르베다 심리유형이 연구대상에 대해 정서적, 심리적 측면에서 긍정적인 기대 효과를 가져오며 교육 목표 달성에 유용한 도구가 됨을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 한국형아유르베다 심리유형을 활용하여 개발된 프로그램은 뷰티 및 심리적으로 긍정적인 효과를 나타내고 있어 실증적으로 의미가 있었다. 넷째, 한국형아유르베 교육훈련체계의 교육적 효과는 내러티브 상호작용을 통해 학습자의 주체적 사고를 통한 인지학습이 일어나고 사회정서 학습의 내면화를 통한 통합적, 전인적 교육이 이루어진다는 내러티브 교육적 접근으로 이론적 해석이 가능하다. 즉, 한국형아유르베다 전인교육 모형에 대한 이론적 배경을 제시해 주었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 교육현장에서 실천적으로 활용될 수 있는 한국형아유르베다 전인교육 프로그램이 개발되는데 유용한 자료로 활용되기를 기대해본다.

영문 초록

In this study, although the Korean Ayurveda education training system is meaningful as a holistic education and the Korean Ayurveda psychological type can be usefully used in the educational field, research on Korean Ayurveda from an educational perspective is still insufficient. This study was carried out to examine the meaning of holistic education and to conduct an exploratory study for the development of a Korean Ayurveda holistic education program. For this purpose, research papers related to the research topic were selected and reviewed from among the papers searched for by keyword on RISS, an academic information site. Through this, the meaning of holistic education of Korean Ayurveda and the narrative educational perspective for the development of holistic education program were explored. In addition, it was intended to be used as a useful material for developing a Korean Ayurveda holistic education program that integrates cognitive, emotional, and behavioral learning in the educational field. As a result of the study, first, the Korean Ayurveda education training system coincides with holistic education and its educational goals. Second, in the study from the educational psychological perspective using the Korean Ayurveda psychological type, it was found to be a useful tool for achieving the educational goals by bringing positive expected effects on the research subjects. Third, the program developed by using the Korean Ayurveda psychological type was empirically meaningful as it presented positive effects on beauty and psychology. Fourth, the narrative pedagogical approach that cognitive learning occurs through learners independent thinking and integrated and holistic education through the internalization of social and emotional learning through narrative interaction of the Korean Ayurveda education training system is a theoretical approach to the Korean Ayurveda holistic education model. interpretation has been provided. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that it will be used as a useful material for the development of a Korean Ayurveda holistic education program that can be practically used in the educational field.
