가발 연구 동향에 관한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

탈모 인구의 증가로 인해 탈모를 고민하는 사람들의 욕구에 관한 정보를 분석할 필요가 제기된다. 본 연구는 국내 석박사 학위논문을 중심으로 가발을 주제로 한 연구 동향을 탐색하여 가발 이용에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 가발에 대한 연구 동향을 탐색한 결과 다음과 같은 정보를 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 가발과 관련된 국내 연구현황을 보면 1971년부터 가발 연구가 시작되었고, 2018년에 가장 많은 6편으로 나타났으며 2005년 이후 점차적으로 증가한 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 가발 논문에서 나타난 연구대상은 ‘여성암환자’,‘암환자’,‘환자’,‘암치료’,‘소아’,‘탈모여성’등으로 나타났으며 환우들을 대상으로 한 논문이 대체적으로 많았음을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 가발 논문에서 출현 단어는 가발이라는 단어가 72건으로 많았고 만족도, 패션가발, 가발착용, 맞춤가발, 인식, 착용실태 등이 출현되었다. 넷째, 가발의 착용심리와 외모관리 심리는 아름다움을 표현하는 헤어스타일의 결점을 보완해 주는 생각과 느낌이며 출현된 단어에서 인체안전성, 이용태도, 인식, 인지도, 재이용의도, 신분·지위·착용, 착용경험자, 착용동기, 착용인식, 착용태도, 헤어인식, 불편개선 등이 나타났다. 현재의 가발은 헤어스타일에 중점을 둔 패션용 가발이 대중화되고 있으며 앞으로도 더 많은 수요가 있을 것으로 전망되며 따라서 국내 가발과 관련한 연구도 활발하게 진행될 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 앞으로의 가발 산업시장에서 사용자에게 편안하고 간편한 착용감 제공과 사용자의 미적 아름다움과 만족까지 도출할 수 있는 가발 개발의 기초자료로 제공되리라 생각한다.

영문 초록

Due to the increase in the hair loss population, there is a need to analyze information about the needs of people concerned about hair loss. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on the use of wigs by exploring research trends on the topic of wigs, focusing on domestic master's and doctoral theses. As a result of searching the research trends on wigs, the following information could be derived. First, looking at the status of domestic research related to wigs, we can see that wig research began in 1971, with the largest number of 6 studies in 2018, and a gradual increase since 2005. Second, the subjects of the study that appeared in the wig papers were “female cancer patients”, “cancer patients”, “cancer patients”, “cancer treatments”, “children”, “female cancer patients”, and “removal women”, and it was found that there were generally many papers targeting patients. Third, the word wig appeared most frequently in wig papers (72 cases), and other words such as satisfaction, fashion wig, wig wearing, custom wig, recognition, and wearing condition also appeared. Fourth, the wearing psychology and appearance management psychology of wigs are thoughts and feelings that complement the flaws of hairstyles that express beauty, and human safety, usage, and others appeared in the words that emerged. Currently, fashion wigs that focus on hairstyles are becoming popular, and it is expected that there will be more demand in the future, so research on domestic wigs is expected to be actively conducted. I think this study will be provided as basic data for wig development that can provide users with a comfortable and convenient fit and derive users' aesthetic beauty and satisfaction in the wig industry market in the future.
