A. 두긴은 ‘러시아 철학의 가능성’을 하이데거의 ‘시작’ 개념에서 영감을 받는다. 두긴에게는 ‘러시아’가 그의 사고의 지평이자 중심이다. 이런 이유 때문에 두긴의 철학은 자칫 문화상대주의적·민족지학적인 것으로 폄하될 수도 있다. 하지만 그는 기본적으로 글로벌 비전하에서 지역-러시아를 철학적으로 탐구한 것이기 때문에 그의 철학은 ‘지역적인’ 것이 아니라 오히려 지역적이며 세계적인, 즉 ‘지역세계화적인’ 것이라 할 수 있다. 러시아를 기점으로 그린 두긴의 ‘세계의 세계상(Weltbild of the world)’은 자신의 철학적 염려를 지역화한 것이기 때문에 ‘실존적 구체성’을 획득하고 있다. 그의 철학은 “러시아적 세계”를 “러시아의 존재”로 구축하고 있다는 점에서 장소의 현상학, 지정학으로서 철학이기도 하다. 두긴이 이처럼 ‘러시아’에 집착한 것은 “러시아 ‘철학’(Russian philosophy)은 존재하지 않는다”는 그의 확언 속에 이미 대답이 숨어있다. 두긴은 바로 이 과제, 즉 러시아가 당당히 철학을 갖는 과제를 “러시아의 현존재(Russian Dasein)”를 통해 제시한 것이다. 두긴이 하이데거의 현존재(Da-Sein)에서의 ‘Da’를 ‘거기(there)’가 아닌 ‘여기(here)’로 전환한 이유가 여기에 있다.

영문 초록

A. Dugin elaborated the possibility of Russian philosophy from Heidegger s concept of “Beginning”. Dugin s this approach may seem to be culturally relativistic and ethno-graphic for grounding Russia as “horizon” of his philosophy. However, it is rather “local and global(glocal)” than simply local because his philosophical exploration of the local-Russia is established under a global vision. Dugin s “Weltbild of the world” acquires “existential concreteness” with the starting point of Russia because his philosophical concerns are localized. “Russian world” and “Russian Being” could also construct Russian Phenomenology in geopolitics of places as a philosophy. The answer to Dugin s tenacity with Russia is already hidden in his affirmation that “Russian philosophy does not exist.” For Dugin “a place where ‘philosophy’ is not present” was his homeland, Russia. His philosophical agony at last re-philosophized Russian Dasein so that he transformed “Da” in Heidegger’s Da-sein as “Here” rather than “There”. This study examines Dugin s “another beginning” as the reborn of Heidegger s “beginning”.
