국문 초록

본 연구는 성인기 발달장애인 자녀를 둔 가족을 대상으로 돌봄서비스 욕 구와 경험을 심층적으로 파악하기 위하여 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 진행하였 다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인 발달장애인을 위한 돌봄 제공기관 및 돌봄 인력 확대를 통한 지원체계를 마련해야 한다. 둘째, COVID-19와 같 은 긴급 상황 발생 시 돌봄서비스를 제공할 수 있는 ‘긴급돌봄 전문기관’ 설 립 검토 및 ‘메뉴얼 시스템’을 구축해야 한다. 셋째, 발달장애인을 위한 ‘활 동지원서비스 제도’ 가 필요하다. 넷째, 발달장애인을 위한 전 생애에 걸친 ‘맞춤형 돌봄서비스’ 지원체계를 재확립해야 한다. 다섯째, 중증 발달장애인 을 위한 사회적 돌봄서비스를 재구성해야 한다. 발달장애인의 돌봄 문제를 해결하고 이러한 연구결과를 반영하기 위해서는 발달장애인과 그 가족을 위 한 실질적이고 체계적인 사회적 돌봄 지원체계가 마련되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study conducted a focus group interview (FGI) to understand in-depth the needs and experiences of care services for families with children with developmental disabilities in adulthood. The results of the study are as follows. First, A care support system should be prepared for adults with developmental disabilities by expanding care providers and caring personnel. Second, in the event of an emergency such as COVID-19, the establishment of an ‘emergency care specialist’ should be reviewed and a ‘manual system’ should be established. Third, an ‘activity support service system’ is needed for developmental disabilities. Fourth, a ‘customized care service’ support system for the entire life of developmental disorders should be re-establish. Fifth, Social care services for people with severe developmental disabilities should be reorganized. A practical and systematic social care support system for people with developmental disabilities and families with developmental disabilities will need to be established to address the care problem of developmental disabilities.
