국문 초록

본 연구는 독거노인의 고독사 문제해결에 있어 기존의 다양한 고독사 원인 데이터를 통합하여 체계적인 정형화된 고독사지표를 수립함으로써 이후 발생되는 고독사의 원인을 데이터화할 수 있는 토대를 구축함에 그 목적을 둔다. 이에 첫째, ‘고독사 예방및 관리에 관한 법률’을 고찰하고 둘째, 비정형화되어있는 데이터(학술지, 보도자료, 신문 및 인터넷, 유튜브, 유품 정리사 인터뷰 내용, 생활 관리사 사례관리, 경찰청의 변사보고서, 일본 고독사 원인에 대한 연구자료) 등을 수집, 분석하였다. 셋째, 자료 범주화 단계로총망라된 요인 데이터를 5개의 영역별 요인(인구 사회학적, 경제, 건강(신체, 정신), 사회, 문화, 정보접근성, 개인적)으로 범주화하고넷째, 대분류된 범주 영역을 중, 소, 소소로 세분화, 서식화함으로써 체계적인 데이터베이스 구조화를 완성하였다. 마지막으로 3명의전문가와 독거노인 6명을 대상으로 안면 타당도 검증을 시행하여 완성도를 점검하였다. 본 연구는 산발적으로 연구된 고독사 배경데이터들을 세세하게 구조화하여 향후 이를 기반으로 축적된 데이터를 기반으로 위험군의 선별을 가능케 하여 사전 예방의 가능성을제시하였다는 점에 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed at integrating various existing solitary cause data in solving the problem of solitary death of older adults living alone and establishing systematic structured solitary death indicators to build a foundation for data on the background of subsequent solitary death. For this, first, we examined the Law on the Prevention and Management of Solitary Death. Second, we collected the data (journals, press releases, newspapers and internet, YouTube, organizer of relics interviews, life manager case management, police department s statement report, and research data on the causes of Solitary Death in Japan). Third, as a data categorization phase, we categorized the total number of factor data into five area-specific factors (population sociology, economy, health (body, mind), society, culture, information accessibility, personal) and fourth, we completed database structuring by subdividing the largely categorized category area into medium, small, and small. Finally, three experts and six older adults living alone were tested for face validity to check indicator completeness. This study structures in detail the sporadically studied solitary background data and enables screening of risk groups based on data accumulated based on them in the future, and suggested the possibility of intensive proactive prevention.
