국문 초록

본 연구는 학습의 전 과정에서 자기주도학습을 위한 학습자 개인의 인성적 속성을 측정할 필요가 있다는 관점에서 대학생의 자기주도학습준비도 검사를 개발하고, 타당화하는데 목적을 두었다. 선행연구 분석을 기반으로 하여 ‘자기주도학습준비도’의 개념을 정의하고, 구성요인을 도출한 후, 전문가에 의한 내용타당도를 확인하였다. 연구 참여자는 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 406명의 학생으로, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 25.0 및 AMOS WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계처리 하였다. 표본의 적합성 여부는 KMO(kaiser-meyer-olkin)의 표본의 적절성 수치로 확인하였으며, Barlett의 구형성 검정을 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석은 주축분해방법 및 오블리민 회전을 사용하여 분석하였고, 최대우도법으로 확인적 요인분석을 하였고, IFI, TLI, CFI, RMSEA 등의 적합도 지수를 확인하였다. 구인타당도를 확인하기 위해 수렴타당도, 판별타당도, 교차타당도를 검증하였다. 최종 결정된 자기주도학습준비도 검사는 3개의 구성요인으로 총 40문항이 포함되었으며, 전체 신뢰도는 Cronbach α .949였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 ‘자기주도학습준비도’ 검사는 신뢰도와 타당도가 확보된 검사로서 대학생들이 주도적인 학습을 위해서 어느 정도의 자기주도학습준비도가 갖추어져 있는 지를 확인할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the self-directed learning readiness test of university students from the viewpoint that it is necessary to measure the individual learner s personality attributes for self-directed learning during the entire learning process. Based on the analysis of previous studies, the concept of ‛self-directed learning readiness was defined, the components factors were derived, and the content validity was confirmed by experts. The study participants were 406 students enrolled in a four-year university, and the collected data were statistically processed using SPSS WIN 25.0 and AMOS WIN 22.0 programs. The appropriateness of the sample was confirmed by ‛KMO(kaiser-meyer-olkin) s sample appropriateness value, and Barlett s sphere formation test was performed. Exploratory factor analysis was performed using the principal axis decomposition method and Oblimin rotation. A confirmatory factor analysis was performed using the maximum likelihood, and the fitness indexes such as IFI, TLI, CFI, and RMSEA were confirmed. Convergent validity, discriminant validity, and cross validity were verified. The final ‘Self-Directed Learning Readiness Test’consisted of 3 components and included a total of 40 items. And the total reliability was Cronbach α .949. The ‘Self-Directed Learning Readiness Test’ developed in this study was a test with reliability and validity. Therefore it will be able to confirm the degree of self-directed learning readiness that the university students have for self-directed learning.
