노인관광객에 대한 농촌관광해설 서비스의 만족, 구전의도 연구

국문 초록

관광을 체험하는 노인관광객들을 대상으로 농촌관광해설이 방문자만족과 구전의도에 미치는 영향의 분석을 통해 노인관광객들의 농촌관광 만족도 제고를 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 수행되었다. 방법: 연구방법은 본 연구에서 실증연구에 필요한 표본은 전북지역 농촌체험마을을 방문한 노인관광객을 대상으로 수행되었다. 결과: 본 연구는 농촌관광을 체험하는 노인관광객들의 만족과 구전의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 합리적인 대안을 제시하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 노인관광객은 일반적인 관광객과는 다르게 농촌관광해설의 구성요인중 내용성, 교육성, 효과성 등 3개의 요인이 노인관광객 방문자만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 농촌관광해설이 구전의도에 미치는 요인은 내용성, 교육성, 신규성, 효과성 모든 요인이 재방문의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 노인관광객 방문자만족은 구전의도에 매개하는것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해서 노인관광객의 농촌관광을 위해서 지속적인 해설서비스 강화와 이에 대한 만족도 향상으로 구전의도에 미치는 영향이 높음을 인식하는 계기가 되었다. 결론: 본 연구는 장애인 관광에 대한 정책적 함의 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있지만, 전북지역 농촌체험마을만 한정해서 집단별 대표성이 부족한 점과 설문조사시 고령으로 인한 설문조사의 어려움으로 주위의 도우미로 인한 설문의도가 혼합되었을 가능성으로 인해 한계가 있다.

영문 초록

of this study was to provide basic data for improving rural tourism satisfaction among elderly tourists by analyzing the effects of rural tourism commentary on visitor satisfaction and word of mouth intention for elderly tourists who experience rural tourism. Methods: As for the research method, the sample required for the empirical study in this study was conducted targeting elderly tourists who visited the rural experience village in Jeollabuk-do. Results: This study was conducted to analyze the effect on the satisfaction and word of mouth intention of elderly tourists who experience rural tourism and to suggest reasonable alternatives. Unlike general tourists, it was found that three factors of content, education, and effectiveness among the components of rural tourism commentary had a statistically significant effect on the satisfaction of elderly tourists. In addition, as for the factors that rural tourism commentary had on word of mouth intention, it was found that all factors of content, education, novelty, and effectiveness had a statistically significant effect on revisit intention. The satisfaction of elderly tourists was found to mediate word of mouth intention. Through this study, it was an opportunity to recognize that the influence on word of mouth intention was high by continuously strengthening the commentary service and improving the satisfaction of the elderly tourists for rural tourism. Conclusion: Although this study presents policy implications and practical implications for tourism for the disabled, the lack of representativeness of each group by limiting the rural experience villages in Jeollabuk-do to the difficulties of the survey due to the elderly in the survey. There is a limit due to the possibility that the degrees were mixed.
