인지적 정서조절전략 기반 외상 후 성장프로그램 효과성 연구

국문 초록

사회·심리적 삶의 전환기에 있는 중년여성의 재난 경험은 일상생활의 변화를 주는 도전이기보다생의 위기로 경험될 가능성이 크다. 이에 인지적 정서조절전략을 프로그램 변화원리로 개발된 외상후 성장프로그램의 효과성을 검증하여 재난 경험 중년여성의 정서적 고통을 완화하고자 한다. 이를위해 포항지진 경험 중년여성 45명을 대상으로 실험·비교·통제집단 각 15명씩 무선배정하였다. 실험집단은 인지적 정서조절전략기반, 비교집단은 Chalhoun과 Tedeschi(2006) 모델에 근거한 외상후 성장프로그램을 각각 시행하였고, 통제집단은 무처치 하였다. 프로그램 효과검증은 우울, 상태불안, 인지적 정서조절전략, 외상 후 성장 척도에 대한 사전, 사후, 추후검사 결과를 공변량분석, Kruskai-Wallis 비모수 검정으로 도출하였고, 프로그램 활동 내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 효과성검증은 지역사회 상담·심리 현장에서 중년여성의 통합된 삶의 준비와 정서적 안정을 제공하는데중요한 시사점을 가진다.

영문 초록

Experience of disasters can be crisis to middle-aged women in turning point ofsocial-psychological life. This study verifies effectiveness of post-traumatic growth programbased on cognitive emotional regulation strategies and alleviates mental pain. To verifyeffectiveness, 45 people of middle-aged women who experienced the Pohang earthquake were randomly assigned to the experimental, comparative, and control group, each 15 people. Experimental group took a program based on cognitive emotional regulation strategy,comparative group took a post-traumatic growth program based on the models of Chalhoun andTedeschi (2006), and control group didn t took anything. Program effectiveness verification was derived by covariate analysis and Kruskai-Wallis nonparametric test results for depression, stateanxiety, cognitive emotional regulation strategy, post-traumatic growth scale and analyzedprogram activities. Therefore, this study has important implications that it can provide integratedlife preparation and emotional stability for middle-aged women.
