상담자 연구 수행과 상담실무 간의 관련 경험에 대한 탐색적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 박사들의 연구수행과 상담실무 간의 관련성에 대한 내적 경험과 그들이 연구자실무자 모델을 실천하기 위하여 어떠한 요건이 필요하다고 생각하는지를 박사학위논문작성경험에 기반 해서 질적 연구로 알아보았다. 연구의 결과로 실무의 영향, 역할능력향상, 연구자-실무자모델 실천에 대한 견해 3개의 영역과 이에 따른 8개의 범주, 22개의 하위범주를 확인하였다. 결과에 따르면, 참가자들은 연구와 실무가 상호간에 영향을 주며 서로 촉진하며 발전하는 것을 경험함을 알 수있었다. 또한 연구자-실무자 모델자체에 대한 인식이 부족함이 확인되었고, 연구자-실무자 모델을실천하는데 있어서 직업적·교육적 환경에서의 어려움이 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 연구자 실무자 모델을 실천하기 위해 필요한 요소들을 발견하고 대안을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

In this study, the doctors’ experience of the relationship between research performance andcounseling practice and what requirements they think are necessary to practice thescientist-practitioner model were investigated based on their dissertation experience throughqualitative research. As a result of the study, 3 areas of practice impact, improved role abilities,and views on the scientist-practitioner model implement and accordingly 8 categories, 22subcategories were identified. According to the results, it can be seen that the participantsexperience that research and practice mutually influence and promote each other. In addition,it was confirmed that there was a lack of awareness of the scientist-practitioner model itself, andthat there were difficulties in the vocational and educational environment in practicing thescientist-practitioner model. This study is significant in that we discovered the necessaryelements and proposed several methods to practice the scientist-practitioner model.
