국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 강화도 지역에 소재하고 있는 레트로(Retro) 감성 콘텐츠들이 지닌 매력과 가치에 대해서 논의하는 것이다. 레트로 감성은 과거를 이상적인 대상으로 인식하기보다 과거의 추억과 낭만을 통해서 현재의 삶을 재미, 즐거움, 그리고 긍정성의 측면으로 유도할 수 있다. 과거의 추억과 이미지를 매개로 다양한 연령층이 공통적인 감성을 지닌다는 것은 세대 간의 이해와 교감의 효과를 지닐 수 있다. 레트로 감성 콘텐츠는 통합, 교감, 그리고 교류의 효과를 거둘 수 있다는 점에서 긍정적인 영향력을 발휘할 수 있다. 레트로 감성 콘텐츠의 필요성은 과거의 인간미 회복에서 찾을 수 있다. 현대사회는 급격한 산업발전으로 인한 현대인들의 감성의 메마름과 과거의 낭만 상실을 초래했다. 긴장의 연속인 현대인들이 여유와 안정감을 찾을 수 있는 수단으로 레트로 감성 콘텐츠는 매우 효과적인 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 레트로 감성 콘텐츠는 과거 시대로 회귀하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것이 아니라, 잃어버린 과거의 낭만과 감성을 현재로 연결해주는 수단이다. 디지털 감성에 익숙한 젊은 세대들은 중장년층들이 과거에 경험했던 아날로그 감성을 통해서 세대 간의 공감뿐만 아니라, 인간 상호 간의 교감을 경험해볼 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to discuss the attractiveness and value of retro emotional contents located in Gangwha Island. Rather than recognizing the past as an ideal object, retro sensibility can lead the present life into fun, joy, and positivity through memories and romance of the past. The fact that various age groups have a common sensibility through memories and images of the past can have the effect of understanding and sympathy between generations. The need for retro emotional contents can be found in the restoration of humanity in the past. Modern society has caused the dryness of modern people s emotions and the loss of the romance of the past due to rapid industrial development. Retro sensibility contents can perform a very effective function as a means for modern people, who are constantly in tension, to find relaxation and stability. Retro emotional contents does not aim to return to the past, but is a means of connecting the lost romance and sensibility of the past to the present. The younger generation, who are accustomed to digital sensi- bility, will be able to experience not only sympathy between generations but also human interaction through the analogue sensibility that middle-aged people experienced in the past.
