국문 초록

최근 4차 산업혁명 시대에 따른 인재상이 변화하고 있으며 21세기에는 성실성보다는 창의성 등이 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있으며 문제해결형인 융합인재를 요구하고 있어 팀워크, 리더십 등의 인재상이 필요할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 인재상의 평가요소가 도전정신에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석을 목적으로 하고자 한다. 연구방법은 선행연구를 통하여 연구방향을 정하고 인재상의 평가요소 및 가설을 설정한다. 가설은“조직에서 요구하는 창의성, 팀워크, 리더십을 지닌 인재상은 도전정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다”이다. 또한 설문조사를 통하여 얻어진 데이터를 활용하여 분석한다. 실험결과 가설1(창의성)은 기각, 가설2(팀워크)는 채택, 가설3(리더십)은 기각되었다. 연구결과 대학생을 대상으로 도전정신을 향상시키기 위해서는 팀 구성원간의 공동의 목표를 위하여 소통과 협력이 잘 될 수 있도록 지원과 교육이 필요하며, 이는 결과적으로 각 개인의 도전정신의 함양으로 이어질 수 있다는 것이다. 본 연구결과는 대학 교육기관의 인재양성 가이드라인 계획수립에 있어 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Recently, the qualified people has been changing in accordance with the fourth industrial revolution era, while creativity and other factors are recognized as important in the 21st century. Henace, teamwork and leadership will be needed as the current demand for a convergence talent award that can solve any problem or obstacles. As a method of this study, the research was determined by analyzing prior research, and the evaluation factors and the hypothesis of the right human resources were established. The hypothesis of this study is that the talent awards with creativity, teamwork and leadership required by the organization will have a positive influence on the spirit of challenge. In addition, the data obtained through the survey are analyzed. As a result of the experiment, Hypothesis 1 (creative) was rejected, Hypothesis 2 (teamwork) was adopted, and Hypothesis 3 (leadership) was rejected. The results of this study show that in order to improve the spirit of challenge for college students, support and education must be needed to improve communication and cooperation between team members to achieve their common goals. And this results should be used to lead to the cultivation of each individual s spirit of challenge. The results of this study would be expected to be used as basic data in planning guidelines on human resource’s development.
