유아교사의 여가활동참여에 영향을 미치는 변인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 유아교육기관의 유아교사를 대상으로 교사의 여가활동참여 관련변인에 대한 관계를 알아보고, 교사의 여가활동참여가 직무몰입감과 직무만족감에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 유아교사 235명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료들은 통계 프로그램 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 통계 분석처리 하였다. 연구대상자들의 특성을 파악하기 위하여 기술통계를 사용하여 빈도분석과 각 변인간의 상관관계를 실시한 후 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가활동참여는 직무몰입감과 직무만족감에 직접영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여가활동참여는 직무몰입감을 매개로하여 직무만족감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 유아교육현장에서 유아교사의 직무몰입감과 직무만족감을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 유아교사의 여가활동참여를 활성화 시킬 필요성이 있음을 시사하는 것으로, 유아교사의 여가활동참여의 활성화를 위한 방안 마련을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate how flip learning based interdisciplinary fusion creativity The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the variables of participation in leisure activities of early childhood teachers of early childhood education institutions and to analyze the effect of participation of leisure activities on job satisfaction and job immersion. For this purpose, 235 children s teachers were surveyed and the collected data were analyzed statistically using AMOS 21.0 statistical program. To analyze the characteristics of the subjects, descriptive statistics model was used to analyze the frequency equation and the correlation between variables. The results of the study are as follows. First, participation in leisure activities directly affects job satisfaction and job commitment. Second, participation in leisure activity was found to affect job commitment through job satisfaction. These results suggest that there is a need to revitalize participation of early childhood teachers in early childhood education as a way to improve the job satisfaction and job involvement of early childhood teachers.
