국문 초록

4차산업혁명에 따른 신성장 전략산업으로서의 가치가 매우 높아지고 있는데, 핵심기술 중의 하나인 사물인터넷을 중심으로 한 비즈니스 플랫폼 개발 필요성이 기업 성장 동력으로 절실히 요구된다. 4차산업혁명은 사물인터넷, 빅데이터, 인공지능 기술들이 기업 프로세스와 연결되어 새로운 형태의 가치를 창조하는 프로세스로 전환이 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 제조업의 디지털화와 스마트 공장 및 다양한 글로벌 경쟁에서 성공 가능성이 높은 사물인터넷 기술이 가치체인과 연결되어 조달, 생산, 판매의 전 과정에 새로운 비즈니스 모델로 작용할 수 있는 전략적인 방안을 수립하였다. 본 연구의 핵심은 공급체인을 통한 개방적 인터페이스 시스템을 활용함으로서 다양한 서비스 연계 시스템을 개발할 수 있으며, 이를 기반으로 하여 고객의 가치 창출 및 비즈니스 수익 창출 모델이 가능 하도록 플랫폼을 개발하였다.

영문 초록

The value of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is increasing as it applies to the development of new growth industries. One of the core technologies is Internet of Things (IoT). There is an urgent need to develop new business platforms as a growth engine in recent years. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is connected with corporate processes through the Internet of Things, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence, and other technologies. These technologies must be transformed into processes that create new forms of value. In this study, we have established a strategic plan that can be used as a new business model in all processes of procurement, production, and sales by linking the value chain with the Internet business, which is highly likely to succeed in digitization of manufacturing, smart factories and various global competitions. The core of this research is to develop various service linkage systems by using open interface through supply chains and to establish a new platform model which helps build a Cost Down Accounting model of customer value creation and business profit generation based on these systems.
