국문 초록

우리의 교육현장에서 주입식 강의로는 더 이상 급변하는 사회에 적응할 수 있는 인재를 양성할 수 없다고 본다. 사회 구성원들은 이제 정보통신 기술에 의해 잘 저장되어진 지식을, 개인의 필요 시 활용하면 되는 것으로 잘 인식하고 있으며, 오히려 기존 지식과 정보를 잘 조직화 하고 통합함으로써, 새로운 아이디어를 창출할 줄 아는 창의적 인재를 원하고 있다. 창의성이란 개인의 독특성에서 나오는 그 사람 내부의 힘으로, 기존 요소들로부터 새로운 생각이나 참신한 통찰들을 이끌어 내는 능력을 말한다. 창의성의 본질이라 할 수 있는 개인의 성향, 경험, 기능적 측면, 그리고 지식측면을 강화하는 것은 창의적 교수법에서 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 창의성을 구현하는 창의성 개발 프로그램의 선택 역시 창의적 교수법에서 중요하다. 또한 선택된 창의성 개발 프로그램을, 각 교수자는 담당 교과의 수업 진행에 적용시킬 때 더 많은 창의적인 학습의 성과를 가져 올 수 있다고 본다. 본 연구에서는 창의성의 개념, 창의성 개발 프로그램 종류 및 그 내용들을 살펴보고, 창의적인 수업진행을 위하여, ERP회계 교과를 대상으로 오픈소스인 OKMINDMAP 프로그램을 사용하여 수업을 설계하고, 교수자의 교수기법들을 고찰하였다. 나아가 ERP회계 수업진행을 위하여, 이카운트 ERP 프로그램을 활용한 ERP회계 수업을 탐색하고 적용해 보았으며, 이를 통하여 창의적인 학습 수행과 함께 보다 많은 수업성과를 성취할 수 있게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

We cant not train the talent that can adapt to a rapidly changing society is no longer operated by the injected class. Community members are aware that individuals use the well-knowledge been stored by the information communication technology if necessary. In addition to, they want creative talent knowing to generate new ideas by organizing and integrating the existing knowledge and information. Creativity means the ability to bring new ideas and fresh insights from existing elements of the power of the people inside from the uniqueness of individual creativity. We can be seen as important in creative teaching methods to enhance orientation, experience, functional aspects, and aspects of personal knowledge, which is the essence of creativity. Selecting a program to implement these creativity development is also important in the creative teaching methods. Also selected creativity development programs can lead to creative learning performance during each professor who conducted when applied to a class of responsible subject. This study examines the concept of the teacher s creativity, the creative development program and its content type. For the creative class proceeding, We design the ERP accounting subject using open source OKMINDMAP program. Furthermore, look at the teaching skills of the instructors for the creative class. Through this, break the simple ceremony and teaching skills, classes will be conducted utilizing an ERP accounting class, including voluntary and interesting web application. As a result, we will be able to accomplish more with the implementation of innovative teaching and learning performance.
