활동기준 이지키핑회계프로그램의 개발 논리와 회계처리 사례

국문 초록

국내의 대학에서 실시되고 있는 전산회계교육은 대부분 차변과 대변 기반의 복식부기 개념을 이용해 개발된 회계프로그램을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 이 프로그램은 분개에 대한 전문지식이 필요하며, 계정과목을 중심으로 보고되는 재무상태표나 손익계산서만을 제공한다는 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 한계를 보완하거나 개선할 수 있는 대안으로 활동기준 이지키핑회계프로그램의 기본 논리와 회계처리 사례를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 제시된 활동기준 이지키핑회계프로그램은 활동기준 복식부기를 적용해 개발되었으며, 이로 인해 계정과목을 중심으로 보고되는 회계보고서는 물론 활동을 중심으로 보고되는 회계보고서들도 제공할 수 있게 되었다. 특히 활동기준 이지키핑회계프로그램은 분개에 대한 고도의 전문지식이 필요하지 않기 때문에 입력과정이 매우 쉽다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이외에도 전통적인 차변과 대변 기반으로 개발된 회계프로그램에서는 불가능했던 회계보고서인 직접법 현금흐름표나 기업가치표, 활동기준 원가보고서 등을 실시간으로 제공할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 대학의 전산회계교육에서 활동기준 이지키핑회계프로그램을 도입할 수 있도록 하는 데 필요한 기초자료와 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 대학의 전산회계교육에 활동기준 이지키핑회계프로그램이 도입된다면 학습자들은 현금흐름표나 기업가치표(Economic Value Added: EVA보고서) 그리고 활동기준 원가보고서(Activity-Based Costing: ABC보고서) 등에 대한 공부할 수 있는 기회를 가지게 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Most computerized accounting education systems in Korean universities use accounting programs developed under debit & credit based double-entry bookkeeping concept. However, this program has its limit in that users need expertise about journalizing and it only provides financial position statement and income statement which are reported based on accounts. As an alternative for compensating for or improving this limit, the current study provides development logic of Activity-Based E․A․S․Y Keeping Accounting Program and a case of accounting processing using this program. Since Activity-Based E․A․S․Y Keeping Accounting Program applied in this study is developed using activity-based bookkeeping, it can make accounting reports based on both accounts and activities. In particular, since it does not require highly profound expertise about journalizing, this Activity-Based E․A․S․Y Keeping Accounting Program has the advantage of easy input processing. It has other advantages such as providing direct method cash flow statement, Economic Value Added(EVA) report, and Activity-Based Costing(ABC) report simultaneously as they are made available. The result of this study provides basic data and information necessary for future university accounting education to introduce Activity-Based E․A․S․Y Keeping Accounting Program. Introduction of Activity-Based E․A․S․Y Keeping Accounting Program into university accounting education will help learners make easy access to cash flow statement, EVA report, and ABC report.
