국문 초록

본 연구는 국제회계기준의 도입에 따른 제도 변화들을 검토하였다. 또한, 국제회계기준의 도입에 따른 주요 업종별로 발생할 수 있는 이슈 및 재무제표에 미칠 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 기초로 금융감독원 분석결과와 연관시켜서, 국제회계기준 회계처리에 대한 증진방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과는 IFRS에서 영업이익에 대한 기본적인 기준이 제시되어야 할 것으로 판단되며, IFRS의 성공적인 정착을 위해서는 무엇보다도 최고경영진의 적극적인 관심이 중요하다. 또한, 재무데이터의 통일성을 위해 표준계정 항목과 같은 정보제공 인터페이스 도입이 필수적이며, IFRS에 따른 공정가치 문제를 해결하여야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 IFRS 단체에 우리나라가 위원으로 참여하여 우리의 입장을 적극적으로 반영할 수 있는 노력이 필요하며, 중소법인의 IFRS 도입에 따른 애로요인을 적극적으로 해결할 수 있는 제도적 노력이 요구된다. 따라서 IFRS의 글로벌기준을 수용할 수 있는 회계전문가를 양성하고 시스템 개선을 위한 과감한 투자가 필요하다. 더욱이 정부는 도입과정에서 기업들이 어떠한 애로사항이 있는지를 점검하고, 적극적으로 지원하여야 할 것이다. IFRS 정착을 위한 홍보활동을 강화시키고, 전국순회 교육을 한다든지, 지방기업과 같이 전문성이 부족한 기업에게 실무지침을 제공하거나 높은 도입비용으로 인한 기업의 부담을 완화하는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 IFRS 도입과 더불어 과거의 회계감독체계를 전향적으로 개혁하여 IFRS 시대에 적합한 감독체계로 정비하여야 할 것이다. 무엇보다도 IFRS의 성공적인 정착은 경제규모에 비교하여 현저히 낮은 우리나라의 회계투명성을 제고하고 나아가 코리아 디스카운트 문제를 완화시킬 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is reviewed the processes of foundation and background of introduction in International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS). And it is reviewed the changes of institutions according to the introduction of IFRS. Also, it is analyzed the possible issues to each industries and influences regarding to financial statements due to the introduction of IFRS. Now that the contexts of these results are designed to articulate with analyses on the Financial Supervisory Service, it is increasingly searched improvements of accounting treatments on IFRS. According to the results of this study, it is important that the management have an appropriate understanding and positive attention for IFRS. And the professional accountants must be preferentially educated quite capable of taking global standards, and it must be invested in improvements of systems. Supposing that business management will be properly comprehended the acceptance for global standards precedently, the introduction of IFRS will be successfully stabilized. Also, the administration must be examined the any difficulties from businesses in introducing processes and must be aggressively supported. It must be reinforced public activities for IFRS or must be educated on a nationwide tour or must be provided the practice guidelines to businesses wanted in the expertise such as local enterprise, etc., or must be seek the plans for diminishing business burden, which are incurred high expenses of introducing IFRS. In addition to introducing IFRS, the administration must try to reform the system of accounting supervision in the past forwardly, and thus it must be modified to supervisory system for fitting IFRS. Globalized with capital market, the introduction of IFRS has been already currents worldwide. Initiatively, our nation has been instituted the IFRS in 2011 and has been received considerable attention from the international world. More than all, provided that the IFRS will be successfully in practices, it will be improved the accounting transparency in the our nation which has been lower than the levels in the comparison on the economic scales. Also, it will be seized a great opportunity that can be diminished the problems of the Korea Discount.
